Nah. far from it and certainly not an employee P&M. Could be interesting this - Oldknow / Nicola thingy. Sort of good guy decision-maker/bad guy disciplinarian and no nonesense man. Used this system before myself and can work wonders. Having the two different personalities at the top like that may be a good option when there is work to be done. I think Oldknow doesnt take many prisoners. Clever set up by Markus in my opinion. Demonstrates his intent is to move on up. But, don't really know enough about the CEO to objectively comment on this yet.

Agreed. That said 19% only want him to stay permanently and I gather that no decision has been made about his appointment given comments based on other threads on SSN today. It is still subject to a thorough review. The title of this thread needs to be changed to 'Wotte's position under review'.

Yep. You may be right there Steve. So much potential though... so much. We need more men anyway. I hope we seriously start investing in solid experience to steady us this season. But, I wonder who Wotte can attract? Seriously, not designed as a dig at Wotte this time, but who can he attract into this club who would provide us with stability in the side to avoid relegation or with alot of luck get us a playoff place? I think we need more experienced pros. That requires a manager that an experience pro would follow. Its not that he's also shall be say 'challenged' tactically, its that he may not actually be able to bring in replacements for youngsters like Adam who did have potential.
