It was especially galling seeing as one of our players has recently recovered from the disease.

Some of the personal stuff about Smallbone has been out of order. That doesn’t detract from the fact that he shouldn’t be anywhere near the team though: Bazunu, Bree, THB, Bednarek, Manning, Downes, Aribo, Stu, Edozie, Brooks, Adams

Be successful and be as petty as you like. Klopp is a petty twat but he’s also won the PL and CL. Refusing to shake the hand of the Milwall GK after a 1-2 defeat in the second division when you’ve got absolutely no pedigree at all is just childish.

He’s the manager, not a fan. It’s evidence of a loss of control. He’s far, far too emotional and it’s effect is clear for all to see.

Imagine playing this style of football with an infinitely weaker squad. It’s going to be hell next season when we fuck up the playoffs. We’ll basically just be Martin‘s Swansea.

If you’re going July/August, I’d highly recommend Aruba. It’s a brilliant island, and completely off the hurricane path. Bucuti & Tara Resort - full of rich Americans but it’s located on one of the best beaches in the world if that’s your thing. We had to fly indirect via Miami but I think BA fly direct there now.
