Looks like the ticket site is up to its old tricks again. Just went and brought 2 Birmingham tickets, and it’s happily allowing me in to buy more on the same numbers. I’ve no need to do it and wouldn’t anyway, but a lot of regular away travellers might miss out on this game who are a bit lower down the priority list as a result.

Wembley has the Champions League final on 1st June too so they’d be right up the shit 😂 Surprised at the interest in this game. None of the regular away travellers I know are going, we’re far more interested in Birmingham, Blackburn etc. Guess it’s a good opportunity for those that don’t normally travel to get to Anfield, which is a depressingly shit place to watch football.

Good trip. Decent night on Friday in Sheffield which is a great place. Rotherham is your typical northern town that’s dwarfed by a big city nearby, the locals all seemed friendly enough though. The game was extremely comfortable right from the offset and it was clear that we were going through the motions second half. Without their excellent goalkeeper it would have been 4 or 5. Brooks is a brilliant signing and will prove to be too good at this level. It’s going to be a brilliant run-in, and I think it’ll go right down to that last game at Elland Road.
