Wotton - loose cannon, hope he comes good -
Wotte seems to have a bit a steel about him and is certainly aware of the 'trenches mentality' the situation reuqires which is an improvement on JP - time will tell but this is far from the end of the mess and the brave new dawn
-
Lowe will be ultimately accountable for wotte happens next as he brought the dynamic duo to the club - and I hope all the abuse is aimed at Lowe not the team or Wotte
-
I'm sure we could re train him, maybe as the warm up act to get the fans motivated before the game or something

'Do you think in hindsight it was a good idea not to give NP a contract seeing as he's doing such a good job at Leicester for your old mate Mandaric and your appointment has been an abject failure'

Nigel Pearson - He only plays old carthorses who are expensive!
BadgerBadger replied to um pahars's topic in The Saints
Words fail me to describe my anger towards Lowe for his experiment at the expense of missing out on keeping NP and potentially any sort of stability to keep us in the championship. Sheer school playground mentality. Well Lowe do you think you got it right? -
Is Jan's resignation the tip of an ice berg

I wonder whether it'll be Lowe publicly being the face of the developments or we'll see more of Mr Wilde! -
will we be seeing a sea change at St Mary's over the next week - I hope so. Or will it be another protracted decline in the current set up full of spin and cloak and dagger
-
"after being overwhelmed by fan criticism" Just goes to show he was not up to the job if it took last Sat for him realise what the current situation REALLY meant to us
-
I'd just settle for a semi

For the cogs of any business to run smoothy there has to be unity and while Lowe is in the ranks there will never be unity, he's too divisive a character. Yes he has some qualities that are required to run the business side of a football club but they're far out weighed by his shortcomings in the other areas. Never in the field of conflict has so few done so much to make such a mess of a good thing

would you accept administration if it meant Lowe left?
BadgerBadger replied to The Fat Controller's topic in The Saints
But would administration open the door for Lowe and his cronies to buy the club outright? -
Quite frankly I think that some of the yoof needed a good slap on Sat and they probably luvved it as that's exactly what some of them were after. Stewards have a job to do and like all walks of life some do it better than others!

I'm truly sickened having to watch NP doing such a good job knowing that it should have been with us - Lowe you're a knob jockey of the highest ****ing order, do us all a favour and fall on your sword

.....rhetorical question that. All I saw today was a Doncaster team of very little individual player quality play with heart and desire. While our lot strode around at times with little urgency or passion. It wasn't until the atmosphere got slightly edgy did they pick it up. I'm still sooo p1ssed that we let Pearson slip through our hands and that is the crowining glory on Lowes tenure for me - muppet!! I feel Poortaloo lacks the ability to rouse this bunch and is not getting the best out of our guys by a long shot where as Pearson had that quality. I've suffered with apathy at home all season but today I wanted to kick the sh1t out of the seat in front of me.
-
Every time we get an away win we hear old Poortaloo giving it the massive battle cry and how well the players are responding in training to the feel good factor etc etc Then we go and get rolled over at home with a luck lustre display and beaten by a team who are crap. hope this is not another false dawn - please let him start to learn how to win games not just play 'nice' football

The Beautiful Game is now firmly in the land of the fairies
BadgerBadger replied to 1976_Child's topic in The Saints
Totally and emphatically agree with your point - search history and the wealth moves around the globe and there has always been a main commodity that wealth is made by, at the moment it's fuel and these wealthy peeps will be building there own 'follys' of football for a few years yet and I'm kind of glad Saints are not being turned into a circus by these individuals. -
Please don't let this be another 'false dawn' Centre back sounds like a usefull find. Get in - 3 points mo fo's
