Consider it confired - I did -
So now any bugger can play on the hallowed turf

Is that really a worthy argument for not doing it? Opening up the pitch to this excercise is great news - money in the coffers plus galvanising fans attachment to the hallowed turf. If I had the money or fitness to play I'd be in there like a shot especially after the 'on the pitch' when we stayed up last season, it was a great sensation to be looking up at the stands. Too much of old blighty is trapped in the past and needs draggin' into the the present -this a good idea, take a look at the thread on forum match at SMS to gauge the passion you miserable sod. -
We do have a recall clause on him and why not get him off the books for a few months to save some wonga

BUPA is the way to go but not sure if you can sign up with an injury and claim for it.
-
+1 and some Celine Dion tickets as well
-
He's right both of them were pooh.

We looked tired and lethargic today - took along time to get going. It's time to start Paterson and give Saga a rest, what is it with him he always comes back in to the team on fire then goes off the boil
-
We could be looking at gates of 8-10,000 next season.

Leeds get an attendance of 25k in League 1 - Blackpool are lucky to get 8k in the Champ -
I found them highlights to be top notch well done Mr Branson. Couldn't see for why Perrys goal was disallowed - but then neither side complained about the desicion

Agreed, keep the winning mentallity and take 'em to the fking cleaners - let's do a Donny and get on a roll

I don't think Euell has much allegiance to this club - he was given a rough ride last season by the fans cause he was playing sh1te (albeit it in a sh1te team lacking team spirit) but I don't think he's got over that. It was interesting what Wotte said about him last night: "His contract is expiring, so he has personal reasons to play well." Shopping window I reckon, some of the more financially sound teams will snap him up on a tidy wage. Hope I'm wrong!

Cheer up already - Saints just won their third game in a row 3-0 away from home, wonder what odds you could've got on that
-
Sound like you got him on player cam;) He is definatley a confidence player and I do believe he needs to mature
-
You get up too early Stu thus have too much time on your hands and fill it with typing your user name into Google - all imho of course
-
which makes you're first statement on DMG even more strange - surely you could clearly see the improvement to his game being moved into attacking midfield
-
My knob dosen't have taste buds

When you read how much we spent on agent fees getting in some fringe players makes you think how much of that quarter of a million could have been better spent kepping Rasiak/John/Saga in the team. Still have to pinch myslef that these players are still on our books but not playing for us - realise the financials and all that but it took along time to realise we need that experience to keep in mix. recent results show that the experiment was misconceved and badly managed
-
Well said - KD and Euell have gone from zero to hero in the space of 18 months and they well hold the key to our survival
-
Good point but I think we can forgive a minor idescresion considering what we're used to
-
Keep it going with what's working and let injury dictate the changes - we don't have the luxury of being cute with our team selection. That said I've been impressed with Wottes subs - how many times have we rolled our eyes on bizarre subs during a game from Bulrey onwards
-
Hopefully the protests have purged some of that negative feeling and we can all get behind the big push to safety - then concentrate on the deeper issues
