  1. In the minutes he played he showed a poor touch, poor movement,a lack of pace, and generally looked a poor footballer. Playing more often ain't gonna remove his deficiencies.
  2. Just scroll on by Del. Scroll on by.
  3. I'm aware of what's out there. IF there were wider issues, do you believe that we'd be told? I don't think that there are wider issues btw, but I doubt we'd be told if there were.
  4. On the flip side, there are many people who swallow completely what they're told, and preach that as the truth. IF there are issues flowing from the vaccines (I've had 4, so I hope that there isn't), we wouldn't be told about those issues, and a way would be found to debunk any concerns. For doubters, there is form for cover up. I have a very close family member who was a primodos baby and has to live with physical and mental disabilities. Her early years medical records have evaporated, as has her mother's from the time during the pregnancy and the early years thereafter. There's not a snowballs chance in hell that any issues (emphasis on if, I am no theorist on this issue) from any of the vaccines would see the light of day.
  5. It's absolutely possible that a deal could involve players going both ways, whether permanent and/or loan. Sure, it's gotta be done the right way with paper transfer values attributed to each permanent deal, loan fees, and even paying up contracts or paying towards wages. The hard is going to be to getting Chelsea players being willing to come here.
  6. Swap the light blue for yellow, and that'd be a cracking away kit.

  8. To be fair mate, your droning on more than Tiss is. There's no discussion with you - you crack on.
  9. To be fair, there was a time when most of the football world were paying him attention, and for the right reasons. Having met him more than many times, I don't share your assessment though.
  10. I'm not sure you actually bothered to read Raging Bull's post. The debate suggested appears reasonable. The outcome may be that the concerns are total bollox, but it doesn't make it unreasonable to want to the debate. What is infuriating is you telling us precisely what Tiss is thinking, despite not knowing what he is thinking, when Raging Bull has told us the position from Tiss's mouth. That's a tad arrogant.
  11. You're in no position to tell us what Tiss wants. Raging Bull has explained it from the horses mouth, and it's a perfectly reasonable position.
  12. Yep. That idea has been well and truly smashed.
  13. Yet you seem to be suggesting that Schofield has only done something wrong if there's "cast iron" evidence or he's convicted in a criminal court. You're all over the place.
  14. No, no and never.
  15. I saw a clip of big Sam being very confident that Rice would go to Man City with Phillips going to West Ham. Not sure where that'd leave Downes, and makes JWP potential move away with less options.
  16. For a bloke who writes so much SoG, you appear to have lost the ability read or think. It's all here of you open your eyes and mind mate.
  17. Of course they would, but highlighting the simple is, umm, simple.
  18. Cheers Chez. Looks very impressive, but hard to see him dropping back to the championship unless it's a loan of he's not going to be getting games there.
  19. I think it's only that simplistic "if you are as thick as shit".
  20. What's this Downes lad like? I see he's played under Martin and appears to be a ball player. My best guess though is that JWP will end up at Villa.
  21. So your focus in the face of facts, based on what Schofield has said himself, is a tongue in cheek "fan boy" comment. I would say that you're better than that SoG, but I'm an honest man.
  22. He's a very kind and selfless man that Phil. Getting youngsters jobs, treating them to a bit of him in the dressing room, then paying their lawyers when the truth comes out. Gotta wander what legal services are needed though. Possibly warnings to the press and websites etc or injunctions against them, or similar to protect the lads reputation. That's understandable. It's hard to think what else it could be. If there has been a request from Phil for an NDA or an injunction, then the lad would need lawyers. Even if he wasn't opposed to any action, he'd need independent legal advice. Unless I've misread Phil didn't say that there was no NDA. He was asked the simple question "do you know if he has signed an NDA". In reply he said “Did I make him sign an NDA? No, absolutely not" - he answered a different question, and didn't say that there wasn't one that that the lad agreed or even volunteered to sign. I read nothing in the interview to say there was no injunction against the lad either, just a press injunction. Note to Phil's fan boys. I make no allegations. I'm using the words from Phil only.
