The police decision considered that plus current credible intelligence. We have no idea what that intelligence was, but seemingly Mann didn't either. I'll take the judgement of the police who have all the facts over that of a politician who didn't all day long.

Why do English people now feel the need to fly the English flag? I don't feel any less English now than I have all my life, so don't all of a sudden feel the need to fly the flag. I expect if I would if I wanted to be divisive though.
