  1. We agree to differ mate. If I have a failing employee, I say goodbye, I don't keep them around the place. If I have a girlfriend who does my head in, I don't keep her around the place until I get I nee one. Your logic is negative.
  2. We've been shit for well over a year. We've employed some shocking tactics. We've put out some batshit crazy teams. He rarely plays our best team. We're shit. He's shit.
  3. Blimey. I thought you were getting desperate before. Now you're just fecking idiotic.
  4. You're losing me pal. I've said nothing about other teams being bad. You've made that up just like your daft claim that people are calling for Dyche. You're in a minority, but getting desperate doesn't aid your argument. It's silly to suggest that we absolutely must stick with him until we line up a new man, and that no fan can call for his head until they can identify a replacement.
  5. How he's failing has been done to death. You're in the minority. He's shit and needs to go. I have no idea who could replace him. Selecting a new man ain't my job.
  6. Two issues. One. You can't see Ralph failing. I and many others do (note the vote). Two. It's not 'ridiculous' to only remove someone when you have a replacement. What is ridiculous is to hang on to someone who you want to replace (and who probably knows he's being replaced) until you've lined up a replacement.

Who? I've not read one post suggesting Dyche as a replacement for Ralph.
  8. Perhaps, or someone else, but IF it's now, it wouldn't surprise me that it's to secure someone quickly

Who are these Sean Dyche fans of whom you speak?
  10. Yep. It makes no sense to me. A manager who is failing needs to go regardless of who's available to replace him.
  11. So rumour has it.

    Russia

I think it's naive to believe that we'll never see a nuclear weapon again used in anger. I am also unsure that the use of a tactical nuke against a non NATO country would be met with a nuclear response. And Putin ain't Gorbachev - you're comparing a lion to a kitten.

It's a parallel of sorts though, and we'd all hope that history would repeat itself. This feels altogether different to Afghanistan though, and having thrown the kitchen sink at it, it's hard to see him walking away shrugging his shoulders if he gets a kicking. Interesting times.

Logic says that's correct. However, let's assume he gets a kicking after this partial mobilization. What then? Walk away and accept defeat?

That's the narrative we all believe Whitey, and it's what's prevented Armageddon for the last almost 80 years. I sincerely hope that the resolve of the west is not tested.
  17. It's worse than regression at times, it's retrogression. Look at the Villa match. No press. No creation. No identity. No threat. Nothing. At the start of his tenure we at least had the press. We're worse than ever at times.

Too many amateur 'experts' dismiss opinions like yours. Is he really going to walk away licking his wounds if Russia don't gain significant ground after this partial mobilization? I don't see it - his ego and political reputation won't allow it. If he uses a tactical nuke (not a strategic one) will the west really respond in kind? At some point I fear he'll test the west.
  19. That's too simple. Give him more time is an obvious alternative. Regardless, the overwhelming consensus is that people don't want him anymore.

  21. Just about staying up, and having embarrassing results along the way, is not an acceptable benchmark for me.
  22. Good post - you're clearly a quality over quantity man!

JWP runs around a lot. That doesn't make him mobile.
  24. I've wanted him gone for over a year, and despite some decent results this season, I still do. Re those saying give him more time. He/the team have been poor, in the main, for well over a year. Nobody has said what they expect to change, and I can't see how it can. Re those saying "but who'll take over ?". That's like being in a shit relationship but sticking with it, despite it making you unhappy, just because you ain't got a new lady lined up. When any relationship is fucked, it's got to end.
