I think conceding at that point will probably make it game over now.

You can tell after watching it a few times it does hit the bar, but the angle that the BBC highlights have makes it quite confusing.

Easy win, when Lallana came on he just dominated, Bialkowski made one incredible save and looked decent apart from one moment at the end, De Ridder looked brilliant and took his goal really well. Lambert's free-kick was also brilliant, the ref getting hit in the face and falling over was also a highlight.
