Needs to find a way of getting Azaz and Archer to work together, with Fellows and one of Robinson/Scienza/Armstrong on the other side. Without that I think his job will go pretty quickly. Downs clearly isn't close to ready for the role.

Don't need to keep beating the dead horse on the disaster of signing off on the deal in the first place, but it's even more of a shame to have seen a glimpse of his true quality for the first time before this has happened again. Desperately unlucky guy.

Not happy to see Fellows dropped. Our most (only?) direct player who I think has been good. Robinson not even on the bench either, very weird.

Ipswich and Leicester both failing to win tonight. Don’t think the table will look anything like it did last time around points-wise judging by the starts.

Not overly convincing but a very good result. Real chance to go on a big run now with our next 8 fixtures. Hopefully we start seeing a lot more of that from Ross Stewart.

Could've gone either way really. Probably enough contact on McCarthy for the foul. Shame how we completely forget how to play football when we take a lead though.

Never a penalty but can't forgive somebody missing the target from the spot. Shocking.

Fellows and Jander started well. Arma not so much. Dare I post about Robinson again... The LCB to CB to RCB football is also pretty jarring without Harwood-Bellis who is probably our only good progressive passer, for all his defensive fault.

15 minutes of dominating without ever looking like scoring and then one stupid mishap at the back makes it 2-0, so familiar.

We look really poor overall but Shea Charles is an excellent player. Hope that contract is close.

No positives so far. Azaz and Fellows need to do more and Downs doesn’t look worth his spot. Archer and Robinson on at HT for me.

Downs looks pretty useless out there, to be honest. Hope this is a quote-able post by full time but I’d get Archer on sharp-ish.

Nice to see us play through the middle with a nice touch and quick ball from Azaz, though. Never felt too confident in Downs there.

Probably too soon to overreact but we do look extremely devoid of ideas. Said it earlier but it's baffling how Robinson has been the one to drop out despite looking like our most dangerous player in every game he played.
