Watford making Liverpool look very ordinary. With some of these less fashionable teams upsetting the apple cart, we could learn something by asking why ? Is it tempo, desire ?

But, were we any worse against Spurs than against Stoke, Villa, Palace, Pool ? We also played very poorly against the Toffees and also against WBA. Arguably poor against Bournemouth in the 2nd half. I would say the signs have been apparent for some time.

You mention expectations of the club. I have said many times, the most important expectation is to simply stay in the EPL. I am sure the board would be dlighted with a mid table finish and probably would settle for anything just above 18th at a push !
