No, but I can take it. It is hard to swim against the shoal and it is even harder being a beacon of light in a dark storm. However, I feel sad that I may well be vindicated this year. As someone said 'to snatch relegation out of the jaws of safety' is outrageous and born out of complacency of the club and some of the fans alike.

That's what I have been saying. At this stage of the season clubs like Wigan playing for their lives against clubs like WBA, where the player is not going to put a foot in or his head where it hurts. Why spend the summer on the treatment table. Unfortunately our last two games are going to be against teams fighting for their lives. Sorry to say bur we have ****ed up and that is down to complacency. I even warned Alpine that faffing around signing players when the manager should be seeing us safe iss a bloody disgrace and arrogant beyond belief !

But that was what I was saying when were 100-1. I said that there could well be a run of 'unlikely' results because that is football and teams would be fighting for their lives. Can't you see, I was saying that 100-1 meant nothing. It is not the bookies that decide who is safe, it is football matches.

I have said for many weeks 39 points will not be enough ! I again, stand by this. I have put my neck on the block for weeks and have been constantly lambasted and ridiculed but I have already been proven right in that we are in a relegation scrap !
