  1. But we are not in a relegation fight I mean Villa will still be a massive two points behind if they win tonight.
  2. I have been saying as such for the last two weeks but have been lambasted. If the score stays the same, we are in the mire and hoping for a Wigan collapse. As I have stated many times, if we stay on 39 points WE WILL BE RELEGATED.
  3. League position is not important, it is how many points we are ahead of Villa and Wigan that counts. At the end of the day all that matters is survival. I would be delighted with 17th.
  4. Aye, that'll do.
  5. I am not a troll so I must be insane. However, if I am proved right, what will you say then ?
  6. If you think that the BBC predictor is the answer to everything then I suggest you read the 'Hicthhikers Guide to the Galaxy'
  7. Crown Paints would finish our red kit nicely.
  8. I am a Dalek, all dimensions are possible
  9. LOL ! If I am a troll then you have been 'trolled' well and truly. But thanks anyway, a great reply !
  10. never use the BBC predictor...because it is impossible in football to predict games (SPL excluded). We all know that. Football is one of the most unpredictable games in the world hence the reason for the game as eing one of the most intriguing and exciting sports to follow
  11. and we have some very long necked ostriches !
  12. Again, it would be better if you inserted the word 'probably'. This would at least make you look less arrogant and prove that you can at least think in a two dimensional fashion.
  13. Agree with you on that one. One more point would make a massive difference and we could do with a Slumberland win tomorrow.
  14. My last 11 predictions were wrong, including the QPR and WBA results...so who knows.
  15. Yes, and it would be galling to think that even a point against WBA would have considerably eased the tension. What the **** was going on yesterday smacks of complacency I can only hope we play like terriers against Spuds and Slumberland.
  16. I hope for the sake of SFC you are not eating your words come the end of our final game.
  17. I was warning such a couple of weeks ago. I could not believe the complaceny. Basically people have closed their eyes to reality and because they find what I am saying uncomfortable resort to insults whilst staying in denial. The same thing happened in 2004 when we failed to appoint Hoddle. I predicted relegation and our collapse. I was right.
  18. Another good post. Having spent the last couple of weeks hanging in the wind it is nice to suddenly find a wave of people coming over to my way of thinking.
  19. We have been brought back to earth with an almighty bump. Team will have had the stuffing knocked out of them. I am afraid we are going to get a right old spanking. Spurs 6 Saints 0. Sleepwalking to relegation and relying on Villa and Wigan to screw up.
  20. I did not ignore your post, far from it. But historically team have gone down on 39 points or even more. This is another way of looking at it and proves Saints could go down on 39 points. In fact I reckon if we remain on 39 points we will go down and if we survive it will be by a whisker, enough for even the most complacent Saints fans to break inot a cold sweat during the last game of the season, surely ?
  21. Now, there we have a much more reasoned post. The debacle against WBA could be very costly. Shame really because if we go down it will be hard to take when we were so close to safety.
  22. 41 points would be enough IMO. I have said that before. 39 points would be cutting it very fine and IMO would see us relegated. I don't see what is so outlandish about that.
  23. Ok then. Look at the past league positions at the end of the season, Have any teams gone down on 39 points or more ? I think you'll find they have.
