A few people took that line. The vast majority were grateful to Kelvin , but saw the acquisition of an experienced top level keeper as a 'must'. We failed to get that target and one can only assume it was through lack of intent or complacency. Whatever the reason, the failure to act has already cost us valuable points and will most likely cost us our premier status !

The usual pattern in the window for Saints will be followed again. 1. We know our weknesses and there are loads of rumours. 2. Nothing happens. 3. Mad panic in the last few hours. 4. Miss our main targets in key positions. We NEVER show urgency or intent and we never learn. I am afraid this attitude will almost certainly lead to relegation. Bury your heads in the sand, Alpine is right !
