i am 25 and staring down the barrell of full replacement......Snapped ACL (fixed with patella graft, btw) then tore cartilage and when they fixed it they said it had 'signs of arthritis' and could need some 'serious work' within 10 years or so, been pretty painful every since (hurts like hell for days after 18 holes) Still playing football mind, reckon i need to do as much as possible now because soon i wont be able to do anything!
