Andrew Surman Has Been Told He Can Leave.

wouldn't be surprised if he's looked at his availability, but i know alot of people didn't rate him - under the right management he could be decent though IMO - esp. at this level. -
the rumour doing the rounds of charlton supporting mates is that they're going into admin within a month. They needed to get promoted this season to have any chance of stabilising the current setup apparently

pard's made the comment at the start of the season ''it was always going to be hard for us, as we'd just lost our 2 best players. I watched the preston north end game from last season, and Surman and McGoldrick drove the team themselves that day'' -
They've just issued a formal application to the FA for a UEFA Club Licence. how many times do they need to be told NO? and surely that would work backwards for them, as the season would start earlier and they'd have even less time to get a squad together and sort out a CVA. oh well.

I'd prefer Racon, thought he looked a class act when he came on last night. -
wow the fire sale really is starting. i thought Brown was one of the players they would have been able to keep, obviously not then. they're ****ed.

I'm sure he'd reject the majority of championship clubs to re-sign for us. Infact i'm certain of it. He was at Wembley with his family as fans, so this club will always be close to his heart.

yes please - best player on the pitch last night. he's got 24 assists this year too, or something like that. -
+ 1 - i never want to be involved in a play-off penalty shoot out again! hard to grasp that 46 games and lots of wins come down to 1 spot kit.
-
Cracking game, it's had everything. agree with the attendance though, really **** poor.

i think his ego is a little too big for league 1! (oh and his wage demands) -

don't think he did, the article states that the baggies decided not to offer him a 12 month extention i think. i agree with everyone else - he'd be one heck of a statement signing in the exact position we need one. Another player that could go the journey with us...as AP likes to say. -

Falkirk fans don't actually rate this lad tbh, at the end of the day (and i don't want this to come across as arrogant) but if we wanted him, we'd have got him. -

I would imagine season ticket details are imminent, i.e. this week. -

Robert Koren has just been released by WBA. I would love us to go for him, he's a class act in the championship. I'd love to see him in L1.. -
It will probably be started during pre-season when there is the least disruption. cortese said work would start soon in his statement: ''We will soon start on the work to turn our training ground into a state-of-the-art facility. The new Football Development and Support Centre is beginning to take shape. Further physical enhancements are soon to start within the stadium.''
-
alpine, in your honest opinion, do you really think AP will go into the season in August, with no RB's? the situation in 2006 was different, we had no money and had to sell our best defenders.
-
Great vids, you can see how much we improved as the season went on. i.e 5 goals in 3 games!
-
mainly, but there are a few other panicky posts too
-
Why is everyone panicking? we will sign a right back, and will also either re-sign or replace papa and Antonio with better players. We're not going to go into next season weaker, there is no chance of that. We will have a stronger squad by the end of august. ..and to start that process, you need to reduce the current squad size.
