Swansea have already called off their game scheduled for 3rd January, not looking good for that one either at this rate. We nearly got a bye v Shrewsbury last season but they managed to get a team together just in time going to be like that again, will be interesting to see what they do with the FA Cup as less scope for rearranging games before the next round.

I've just sent a Get Well Soon card addressed to St James Park c/o Mr Howe to share with his poorly players, hopefully it will give them the lift they need to get the game on. Swansea haven't played a game of football since 11th December! Complete farce.

I agree it was deliberately done, what I've never understood is how dim / unsavvy our fans are rushing to throw the ball back when it goes in the crowd, one time straight to the Spurs player. If the kick makes it past the ball boys into the crowd do your bit and slowly pass it to a little kid who can then take a few attempts to lob it back using up vital seconds.

From a Newcastle perspective, I still don't buy the lack of use of the u23s, they are professional footballers employed by the football club, its pathetic and they are manipulating the situation in my opinion as they don't fancy the game without best players. My experience of the stewards in 20 years as a regular at St Mary's is they are not up to this challenge, hopefully common sense is used and they avoid massive queues
