Leicester scored 9 against us then bought 2 of our back 4, they shouldn't be that surprised

I haven't been able to read past the first couple of paragraphs but Ted died a Saints legend and isn't around to defend himself against any allegations now, would be a very sad day for this football club to remove his memory because of Higgins

If anyone wants to hear Dave speak about his career there's still tickets left for this tomorrow https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/dave-merrington-charity-dinner-with-matt-le-tissier-adam-blackmore-tickets-220118679897
-
We tried copying Leicester, it was them who had avoided points deduction before
-
Don't doubt that mate, the ticket office make me laugh whenever I speak to them they make it sound like a military operation needing weeks of planning. This was what they did for Ipswich few years ago https://www.eadt.co.uk/sport/ipswich-town/ipswich-town-could-be-backed-by-5-500-fans-at-2173828

Just us taking ages, although actual issue could be the police approving Cov having such a big allocation, no delay needed for moving season ticket holders that's perfectly straightforward like every other time, Northam ones usually get first pick of any other non-season ticket holder seats and there's plenty of those in Itchen North and Kingsland North. Crystal Palace have given Hartlepool 4700 tickets and even offered to pay for their fans coaches, seems a bit generous

If they keep form up they will stay up.

No think that was Leicester

Premier league have opened the door and it seems too late to stop it, Arsenal game Sunday was hilarious, their u23s played and they actually loaned out Maitland-Niles and Balogun on the days building up to the game , very fishy. Burnley crack me up, probably hoping to have a good run later in the season and pick up points then, if they win the games in hand they'll only be a point behind us. Being out of the FA Cup should free up some dates for them to play.
-
Thanks I didn't realise that, also coincides with end of the transfer window. Should absolutely try to make Newcastle play that weekend but bet there will be no prem games. Burnley must be desperate to get some games on to make up the backlog although they are out of fa cup so could be some scope to play on cup round dates.

Isn't it a designated international break, not a winter break. I know South America countries are playing catching up with fixtures, European countries not playing, not sure about Asia. Some clubs already have players at African nations and will have Brazil / Argentina players so I doubt any Premier league games will be played.

I'm still angry at the penalty decision we had reversed in the away game, I'm sure VAR check was for the red card or not but he ended up changing the decision on everything. Most likely we'll lose 2-0 , need Forster to have one those games where he saves everything and a lot of luck, perhaps a few covid cases at Man City .

Yes! Wolves fan on the train back banging on about it being a clear pen, how can it be if ref didn't give it and then needed to watch in slow mo from multiple angles? Supposed to be used for clear and obvious errors isn't it?!
-
Agree with all that mate, walking through Wolverhampton at 11.15 pubs already had bouncers on , really unwelcoming place "home fans only lads" , for some reason they wouldn't believe we weren't there for football and were just visiting Wolverhampton for a day out. Still worst away end in the league for, smug home fans in the boxes behind us trying to wind up the saints fans as much as they could. Left early so even missed the free kick ffs.

Good following from us, decided to go as its the last Saturday 3pm away day for a while, it's the worst away section in the league though other than Newcastle. We had a couple of good results there 4-1 and 6-0 but feels like that was a long time ago now. Not a very successful place to go. Wolves are also the only team to beat us at St Mary's this season so far.
-
Only 1 defeat at home so far this season (out of 10 games) , ok only 3 wins with 6 draws but feels like an improvement and a bit more positivity around the ground.
-
Classic Saints , celebrate going 4-1 by turning it into a Little Mix concert, AMF Was a good win though, makes a change from nervous defending at the end, can concentrate on winning the FA Cup now
-
There was someone at the Leicester home game trying that in front of me , didn't seem to work and the steward sent them to the ticket office to get one printed off so worth checking
-
It's an absolute joke, used to be a 22.30 and 23.00, they made cut backs to the timetable with covid and have never gone back to what it should be, probably to save money. The 22.00 is do able but need to be quick or leave a few mins before the end. Brentford have sold out 3300 as well so you'd imagine quite a few of them will want to make that train.
-
Get well soon Minsk . Are you still based there? I visited for football in 2008 thought it was an interesting city, unusual place for a Saints fan to end up!
-
Apple juice does as well, kids were faking tests to get time off school!
-
Not sure the league do have a deadline judging by some of the short notice postponements that have been happening?
-
Funny enough every game played but already Everton v Leicester called off this week. This headline sums up the farcical situation https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/59931656
-
They will mate, Cov fan I know who lives down here reckons they'd bring over 5000 (whole Northam) if we give it to them like Ipswich had a few years back, make tickets cheap and try to fill the whole ground.
-
100%, we have more than enough London away days already, including Spurs in the same week as the next round. I'd only have been interested in a Wimbledon / QPR / Leyton Orient trip , Millwall always good but not any top flight thanks
