Good performance, that's the best I've ever seen Stephens play. I don't trust this lot one little bit not to **** this up though.
-
I'd say about 4 before the question becomes irrelevant and the turd is flushed before anyone bothers retrieving it from the bog to try and polish it again.

We obviously were/are hopelessly crap. No team who fields Bednarek and Stevens as it's go to cb combo deserves or is likely to survive in this league. However I would point to the parallels between this match and last week's against Newcastle. Away team miles better and should have been at least 2 goals up in both until home team finally woke up for last 20 mins or so and created some chances. Newcastle took theirs, we didn't but Ings was very unlucky not to score 2. (offside one when he hit the post was not offside and would have been allowed by VAR).

Nailed on for Minister of Silly Walks.

What a fecking joke that is after the last 3 and a half seasons of relentless shyte. Book soon to guarantee disappointment.
-
The future ain't quite so bright I gotta wear shades but it would have been a darn site bleaker had we not won those 2 matches. We're firmly in the mix for survival and performance standards have taken a significant upturn. Still FURIOUS we lost that today though.

It should have been a freekick. I do get the Vitriol towards Cedric. What exactly is he good at?
-
Infuriating result. Thought Newcastle were ****.
-
Yes exactly.
-
Have to say Hinchcliffe should hang his head in shame after that. Needs to take a long hard look at himself.
-
Boufal and Djennepo are our potential route out of this mess. Boufal's got right twinkle toes, and Moussa has the same strength and trickiness as Sadio. C'mon we can get out of this!!!!!!!
-
Djennepo gives me hope. That was superb.

Let's be honest, any team in this league starting with Stephens and Bednarek as CB's is likely to struggle. That is just such a wincingly weak pairing, so so weak.
-
We look incapable of breaking down a team that sets out to contain us. We also look very capable of being caught out on the break. Just a bit cr@p really.
-
Trying to attract swing voters.
-
Agree with all that except the last bit which is utter pony.
-
Current team far, far worse imo. That 2005 team were missing Pahars, Oakley, and the ginger Svendsson through injury - arguably our best attacker, midfielder and defender. This current lot aren't weakened by injury, if they are weakened by anything it's shockingly negligible recruitment, but ultimately they are just weak.

He really isn't and you really haven't. I doubt you'll find many Leicester fans prepared to describe him as world class. Would we have fared better over the last 2 and a bit seasons if we had stuck with him? - Possibly. Would we have all been bored to tears? - Almost certainly. Is he world class? - No.
-
So would I. It's the last throw of the (allar)dice but **** it, if it keeps us up, do it. He ain't getting poached from us by England that's for sure and we might be a tad less demanding than Everton fans so we may even get some stability!
-
WTF you toasting bout pal?
-
At least today dispelled any lingering hopes that Djenepo is some sort of Mane-esque talisman we can all hang our hats on to steer us clear relegation. He's got a bit about him but he won't be saving us.
-
Yeah tbf i thoughtt she was looking quite trim today. Quite fit really. I would.
-
We are ****. Total and utter ****. Before today you might have pointed to the quality of opposition as the prime reason for our failure to win at home all season (if you ignored the fact we played Bournemouth). No more after today. We are a flat out **** football team and it's all about trying to avoid our worst ever points total from here on in.
-
Watched he last 10 minutes. We are ****ing awful. Norwich last night were miles, miles better.
-
Exactly how I see it panning out if we go down, which we probably will. When you're lumbered with a load of sh!t players on big money and get relegated you are ****ed, it's as simple as that. Not fully across Stoke's particular squad and circumstances but have an uncomfortable feeling our situation would be worse if we go than there's was/is.
