I'm afraid it really is starting to look like he's been found out. One way of playing, a combination of tiredness and other teams sussing how to play against it has stopped it working and he hasn't got a clue how to respond.

Time and again this season I've seen opposition managers make a tactical switch at half time that has significantly altered the game and swung it in their team's favour. I have never seen Ralph do this or make his own switch to effectively combat the oppo's change in tactics. A manager needs to be able to do this.

Worst performance of the season. We have been schooled by a team that's been in the bottom 6 all season. We haven't even vaguely troubled them since going 2-1 down. Fucking awful.

I am yet to see him change a game which is going against us.

The most colossal wanker of an opposition fan I have ever worked with supported Brighton, he actually accused me of personally bribing the ref in our 3 0 win in the Championship season🤑. Unfair to tar an entire club with his brush but I detest them purely because of him and would love it if they go down. We've got to be right up for this, no excuses. Win it and we are virtually over the line, and we leave them right in the shit. That should be more than enough motivation. The worrying thing is this one's going to take fight, grit, and resolve which - let's face it - we don't tend to have in spades.
