A good thread for a Sunday this one: As the missus is making one today, it got me thinking: What makes the BEST roast dinner? IMO, there has to be a few essentials: Roast Potatoes (at least 3) Yorkshire Puds Carrots Any type of meat based gravy Sage and Onion stuffing (depending on the meat choice obviously) A pint of cider to wash it down with. Now meat, is a tricky one: Personally I prefer beef

Spoke to the ticket office yesterday, although tickets have not yet been received (and the postie has already been today) they assure me that the order has gone through etc etc so I'm not worried, but if no tickets on Thursday then they can expect a nasty phone call.
