Matter of opinion as to whether he is our best keeper, both are capable of a good save or block one minute and a howler. I'd rather see an upgrade on him/them (but as you'll probably be quick to point out we can't afford it...).

Throw FF into the mix as well ....

Suspect the answer lies within this comment. And if if he rates him, clearly doesn't feel he can rely on him.

I wouldn't read too much into it, at this stage of last season we were in advanced discussions and 'about to sign, before the season ended' the right back from Gronigen (Zeefuik or whatever) but that rumbled on until he eventually got his move to Hertha Berlin. After which we signed KWP.

Shame it has come to an end as it inevitably had to at some point. To the club and his credit it appears to have been done with dignity on both sides. His 'message' seems far more sincere than Nivea's. RB was a better signing than I expected coming after his spell at Villa, and we certainly didn't miss Shaw. We've certainly had our moneys worth over the course of his time with us, although there were also some half-arsed displays ,2017/18 springs to mind, his reckless clearance away at Everton under Hughes with Southgate in the stands possibly cost him a place in the WC squad which taken over the previous couple of years should have been his. Has looked a bit stale at times this season, I expect when we see him playing elsewhere next season he'll look rejuvenated and 10 years younger. Hope we replace wisely though.

I suspect Leicester. Has a connection with Rodgers, and if they're in the CL next season it will give opportunity for game time.

Recall hearing Danny Murphy saying Cedric was a good crosser of the ball ! Not sure that was based on anything factual.

You should start the 'Guided Missile Party'. The proposals on electoral reform will definitely be a vote winner.
-
Don't forget "his fairs so fine, and he scores belters all the time...". Has been an excellent signing.
-
Agree. But over the last few years we haven't done the sensible planning thing. Can only hope that's changed.

Could be a recurring theme for them.

As Lawrie commented to Jimmy Hill once "... but we don't play on paper.."
-
Please explain this to a self confessed old fart. XG as I understood was 'expected goals'. If so, why is Ings "XG" less than Adams ? Not looking to take the piss, genuinely interested.

But some on here want Thomas Frank to replace Ralph. Often qualified "if Brentford don't get promoted..". So, a manager whose team 'bottle' promotion at the crucial end of the season. Not sure the appeal stacks up for me. Perhaps he's the new Bruno Metsu to some.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-hampshire-57076230 The local was taken to hospital for an x-ray as Skatesmouth paramedics discovered something embedded in his head which they hadn't previously seen. This was later described by Doctors as a "brain".

Is this the 'must win' relegation 'six pointer' we've been anticipating ? Would like to see FF remain in goal, and Salisu start. Was also hoping we'd see Jankewitz at some point before the end of the season but after tonight's selection I think that possibility is remote.

Even when he's out injured he's too good for most of them.

Does VAR agree ?
-
Says it all...
-
Sad but after less than 10 minutes the plan is to keep it to 1-0 until half time and re-group.... at home to Palace for Christ sake
-
Not just him though anymore is it ? We've got a team of Redmonds, weak feeble shortarses with little skill or willingness to take initiative.
-
Are these c^nts playing with the intention of getting Ralph the sack ?
-
Benteke .... sums up how shit we are when that donkey can score with ease.
-
Agree. At one point he was talked of as potentially our best prospect coming through but looks to have been sidelined. I can't believe it's solely due to his 'moment' at Old Trafford, must be a bit of a knob in training for Ralph to have frozen him out.

Just wonder how they'll fight off The Big 6 , and Bayern/Barcelona/ Madrid, and PSG to retain Jack Whatmough, the latest product to roll off their never ending conveyor belt of talent...
