  1. Precisely why he’s been a leaver his whole political career ( until he became party leader). It always makes me laugh the way Boris cops a load of flak from remoaners , particularly amongst Tory pinkos . Yes, he may have swung the result had he campaigned for Remain. However, one thing for sure is that had Corbyn campaigned as he did in the GE, Remain would have won. The “ oh Jeremy Corbyn” Moonies don’t seem to have grasped this yet, despite their superior intelligence. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  2. And those people are now lamenting us not having him now are they? Nobody denies people were moaning about him, it's whether the SAME people are now saying we need him that appears to be in dispute Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. I like long and always have , and no it’s not just because he runs around a lot. For a club of our size & our wage bill he’s a good squad player, can play up top alone, part of a 3 or in a 2. Doesn’t kick up much of a fuss when in & out , & seems a decent bloke. Clearly the bit he’s lacking is in the goal scoring department, hence why he’s at our club & not higher. He’s quick, chases lost causes, good in the air for his size, harries defenders & gives us something different than either Gabbi or Austin. The fact he’s made a top flight & international career up front without being able to put the ball in the net, is testament to how good the other bits of his game are, and how much he does unsettle defenders. I do think Gabbi gets a bit of a free pass on here, since his injury he hasn’t really looked like scoring, and hasn’t done a lot, even the one he did score Hart should have done better imo. Austin is our best goal scorer imo , but clearly he has mobility issues. I think the club probably thought Gabbi would continue his pre injury form & if he had of , long & Austin backing him up is pretty good. We are where we are and I don’t think playing all 3 is an option. Maybe Gabbi & Austin when we’re going to dominate the ball & Long & Gabbi when we’re not. Maybe nothing, but I can’t help thinking that things may of been different had Gabbi been given the first Peno against West Ham. He’d just scored & had he knocked that in as well would have been flying . Who knows he may have been still on the pitch chasing his hat trick when the second peno was awarded. He seems a streaky striker, 2 or 3 goals that day could have kick started his season Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  4. Name names, which posters slagged off Pelle and are now lamenting him? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Looks like a traffic accident. I guess armed police attending & putting streets on lockdown is a sign of the times, better safe than sorry I guess Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Armed officers attending an “ incident” in London . Religion of peace striking again, or traffic accident ? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  7. That was the ****ing point. And why has he only played one game, ask yourself that & then think about his commitment this season. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  8. Pelle & Mane didn’t get “constant flak” you just made that up. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  9. God, what a load of pony. Most countries would like to join, complete nonsense. Norway has probably the closest relationship & they voted against joining, despite their own project fear. The Swiss have had 3 referendums and rejected membership each time. What you should have written is Turkey & a few basket cases would like to join. As for the customer base, nearly every country in the world has access to their customer base. If the EU wasn’t so shiete at doing trade deals, weren’t bogged down by vested interests and wasn’t so protectionist , there might be a few more with FTA . People criticising Trump for protectionism whilst lauding the EU is laughable, the EU is every bit as protectionist as Trumps America. According to Oxfam the EU is the most protectionist trading bloc in the world. Using all kinds of hidden tricks to punish trade from developing countries. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  10. You must have missed the bit where I wrote that in my opinion some degree of mental illness must be prevalent in any murderer. My basic premise is that killing for a United ireland or destroying western civilisation, is different than being a nut job ala Fred West or Michael Ryan . One is terrorism one is not Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  11. Were Gerry Adams & his cohorts mentally ill or terrorists? Why was Peter Sutcliffe considered a nutter & not Martin Mcguiness? Did mental illness have a part to play in Irish republicanism or did they just want a United Irish state, and just wanted to create fear and terror amongst its civilian“enemies “. It’s great how apologists for Islam try and equate their terrorism with random nut jobs. FFS they’d be defining Harold Shipman as a terrorist nowadays. Michael Ryan wasn’t a terrorist but IRA blokes who shot innocent civilians were. It’s that simple. Muslim terrorists tell us why they are committing these acts, they even tell us in whose name they are committing these acts. We know exactly why they are doing it , just as we knew exactly why Adams and his cronies were doing what they did. There must be an element of mental illness in any killing , whether terror related or not. You can’t stop calling people who want to destroy our western way of life, set up a caliphate, strike terror in the heart of our towns & cities, killing I n the name of Islam , terrorists, just because some nut job non Muslim kills a load of innocents.
  12. I will as well. So far, apart from one game, he's looked the least committed Saints player I've seen in my 43 years of watching the club. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. They'll never stop moaning & crying and banging on about Europe Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. So he did say the lines reported , but not all in one interview and also said other stuff that wasn’t reported? This makes it better, how? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

  16. **** me, some of you lap it up. Misquoted my arse, more likely an off the record chat, put on the record against his wishes. You only have to look at his clarification statement , it’s full of pony. “I came across as a spoilt brat who was only busy looking at options to make a transfer in winter, but I’m not. It was not my words and I would never say that.” **** off, you were a spoilt brat all summer , were only busy looking at transfer options and you would ****ing say that. “My focus is entirely on Southampton, I work hard on training and competitions and have respect for the club “ You’ve have shown a complete lack of respect to the club, the supporters and your colleagues. 19. Of which you said there was a few, implying not many. I bet you wouldn’t say away performances under Ron or Poch away were poor ,”except for a few notable exceptions “. Boscombe,Watford,West Ham,WBA,Liverpool twice, Man C , Boro, Arsenal twice (although robbed by Madely in the league game), the cup final, Sunderland , were all excellent away performances. That maybe a few if you’re Manchester Utd, but it was one of the most consistent top flight away season in many a year. There were also more than a few home games that weren’t utterly ****ing tedious, there just wasn’t the barnstormers of the previous 3 seasons. You wrote “ utterly ****ing tedious “ since the start of last season. This is complete and utter pony & rewriting history. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  20. Who on this thread has suggested this? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  21. You do realise that Matt has been retired 14 odd years and in that time the top flight has got quicker & quicker don't you? Mick Quinn scored a lot of goals , but that doesn't mean a fat twt would in 2017. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. As many exciting away performances as any season with Poch or Koeman. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
