Tellingly, when the trainer was on the first time, the Skate players went to their boss, whereas ours didn’t. Why wasn’t he animated on the line, why wasn’t he sorting it out prior to half time.

Baz and the 2 centre halves were competent, but Murphy had the full back on toast, particularly first half. The rest were just average, although Archer worked hard and battled away. Not convinced by the Manager yet, we needed some old fashioned up and at em today, and he sent us out way too passive. Overall feeling is one of relief, we could have easily got beat playing like that…
