Shurlock is MLG with a text book.

Well, we will look stupid if we do this then sell him to them. So fingers crossed it also comes with a big "**** off" to the Dippers.

The problem is that the more players we NEED to sign, the riskier our chances of overall recruitment success become. Assuming Virgil and Bertrand goes, and Caceres, then we need to sign two centre backs to stand still and either sign a left back or trust in Targett and McQueen. So that's two or three key signings before we even start addressing the obvious problems in midfield and up front. Plus potential change of manager. #quietsummer

He'd probably appreciate a link and a graph if you can manage one as well.

http://www.standard.co.uk/news/london/muslim-leaders-refuse-to-say-funeral-prayers-for-london-bridge-attackers-a3557641.html Fair play. Strong statement. -
Agree. Trump puts people between a rock and a hard place with these sort of antics. I'm sure she thinks he's a dinlow and a liability but saying it isn't going to help.
-
Well, current record for a defender is the David Luiz to PSG deal at £50m so £51m would be "record breaking".

Terrorist Attacks - WARNING: CONTAINS DISTRESSING IMAGES

What an utter **** though (Trump). Quote something out of context then when pulled up on it, claim that somehow the first speaker travelled back in time with the assistance of the media to redeliver the speech with added context. And this is all aimed at the mayor of the capital of one of your biggest allies. It's ****ing pathetic. It's like some of the dimmer posters on here. -

Someone get him a covfefe. -
****ing Liverpool for ****'s sake. £200k a week though... not many defenders are earning that. Would be funny if they lost the UCL qualifier.

I'll conduct some investigations in due course. I may be gone some time.

I dunno. We must have given them permission to speak with him if negotiations are that advanced / overt and, if so, I doubt the club is under illusions that he's just going to just resign and walk-away from any termination payments owed. Hard to see a way back here, though, if we have approved an approach.

****ing social media. Giving a platform to muppets to clutter the internet up with their inane and ill-informed views. I much prefer footy boards.
-
And we finished above all of them. Which of the teams above us do we have a better squad than?
-
Targett is manifestly a better defender. McQueen is better going forwards. So I guess they wanted a defender.
-
I always have a stringent game of Monopoly at the airport before any flight. If we haven't finished by boarding time I tell the captain to ruddy well wait until we have.

Faltering a bit on public sector pay. Too rigid. Needs to be more empathetic. She can give it the "money tree" line but still act like she cares.

May doing much better tonight.

That's us Huddersfield and Brighton in the Premier League. It's like the League One days! And Bournemouth! Also, aren't Reading awful? Who likes Reading? Answer: no one!

It's nonsense to say we have no leverage. The fact that the EU won't (apparently) countenance negotiating future relationship terms until they've secured an agreement over the "divorce" bill shows there is some leverage. If we walked away without paying anything beyond our last date of membership it would be a major cock-up for them. What would certainly diminish our leverage considerably would be the knowledge that there was to be a further referendum to approve or reject the final deal (as per Farron's cack-brained / disingenuous suggestion). There's a lot to legitimately criticise May for but sticking to a tough / slightly hyperbolic script in the preamble to negotiations is not one of them IMO. The bigger criticism is the complete waste of time being caused by this election. This should have happened promptly after the referendum result or not at all. We are just wasting time on the Article 50 clock.

I've got quite bad hay-fever today. I keep chemiseing.

Good job we refinanced Cortese's Vibrac loan on better terms!

Our ratio of 69% is reasonably healthy, particularly when we try to avoid again players with no resale value.
