  1. I would say that both of those are bigger than the teams I listed for the simple fact that they are pretty well supported, but yes, compared to the likes of Forest, Leeds, Sheff Weds, Norwich and Saints they are minnows.
  2. To be honest, EDL's first album was pretty shallow and they've gone downhill from there.
  3. Ideally I would advocate playing a 2nd string in the FA Cup. However, it would be annoying to lose to Bristol Rovers again. I actually think it's the single worse draw we could have got for annoyance factor!
  4. West Ham would murder us!
  5. Was about to post an identical post, when I saw this! All the best to KM et al.
  6. OK. I doubt if the event featured Sally Taylor and Fred Dineage you would be clamouring for Lawrie Mac or MLT to have got an invite though!
  7. BTW - I voted 4-5-1 because I would rest some players for Friday's match. If the next match was the JPT match or the home match against Brighton in the league I would probably have voted 4-4-2.
  8. What is Thy Pie?
  9. I'm not sure if I've read Verbal's. Am going out in a minute so probably won't now. Anyway, the only people who came out of this badly were the Beeb IMO (and the idiot anti-fascist idiots outside).
  10. A charity should do what the **** it wants really, although I'm sure they appreciate your invaluable tips on striking a chord with autistic children. If people don't want to come to its events, they won't. Clearly they thought this event would raise funds. Hopefully it did. The aim is not to put on the greatest show on Earth; it is to raise funds. It's a bit of a shame you had to try to find an angle to get your tuppence worth in on this one.
  11. A sage observation.
  12. Great post.
  13. It's amazing how many tin-pot clubs there are in the Premier League at the moment: Birmingham Bolton Hull Wigan Portsmouth Fulham Blackburn It's just boring.
  14. Good point. In total, against MK Dons and Orient, I can't remember him making a single save. As for discussion about the formation: 1) Who would you play as the "2" upfront? Saga is clearly finished at Saints. Patterson is not really that good (yet?). Connolly has been injured for two years. We have won 4 of the last 5. WTF change it by throwing in someone making their first steps on the road to recovery from the start? 2) Although we played pretty poorly yesterday we still could have scored 3 or 4 goals during the 4-5-1 period against a team giving a 110% in a rare chance to play against a much bigger club. 3) Being able to switch formation is a great attribute. 4) We have scored 4, 3, 3, 3, 2 goals in our last 5 league matches (I think!) 5) We will stuff Brighton in our next league match.
  15. The Orient fans are basking in the after-glow of their cup final draw, I wouldn't pay a blind bit of notice to any of them.
  16. Yeah, our form's rubbish isn't it? FFS - we battered them with a 4-5-1 and we battered them with a 4-4-2. Being able to switch effectively mid-match is an excellent string to our bow.
  17. What a complete idiot.
  18. The atmoshphere was fine in what was essentially a 90 minute attack v defence training session. The atmosphere was excellenet towards the end when the excitement picked up.

    Free **** ?

"Chassidy.... yeah, like the belt". Um, no love. It's not really.
  20. Lol - what a complete muppet. "Few and far between" = good.
  21. Yeah, record company, over-produced manufactured boy bands. Bloody 90s. Bring back the Osmonds and The Monkeys I say.
  22. Write them a letter. I agree with you.
  23. The whole card business is quite fiddly with webbed hands so I suspect he's not too trigger happy.
