Good spot! Sorry.
-
The point of a membership is to get priority for matches in high demand. Pick your toys up...
-
Yeah, if we lose it's his fault. I found it very odd that Lowe decided to reignite the debate in the Annual Statement of a PLC, but there you go.
-
Twinning for members only applies to the Forest match and gives them priority over other members. Members who have not been Forest then get priority over non-members with a purchase history. In other words, a member who has not been to a single game yet, gets priority over a non-member who has been to every match. This is fair though IMO otherwise, what's the point of being a member. And, by the way, I'm not a member but have been to a few matches this season.

This country needs to find a way of harnessing the entrepreneurial spunk of gypos for the common good.

Woot. My Fred is famous.

When told of Crouch’s comments, a Saints spokesman said: “The club will not be drawn into debate over this issue. As far as we are concerned, the issue of the financial accounts has been dealt with. “We are pleased that Mr Crouch is enjoying watching the fantastic displays that our young squad have been providing, and are confident we will be able to improve on the encouraging start we have made.” Utterly unbelievable

Sorry mate, I disagree. £30 is the minimum realitic price IMO. This is the European and League Champions and will be a guaranteed sell-out. We are desperate for money. This is one case where I don't think anyone can really blame the club for exploiting the commercial situation. I think £15 for nippers is a bit steep though. A tenner would have been more reasonable.
-
A fairly detailed purchasing system too. All on here folks: http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/articles/article.php?page_id=11010 Itchen North will be happy
-
I had a look too and I don't think she's on there. Imagine a pair of balloons filled with water being cradled by two egg cups.
-
It will definitely be a sell out. Even if we don't shift all our tickets to "genuine" Saints fans, there will be plenty of people in Southampton, Hampshire, Dorset, West Sussex etc... who would be keen to see Man U. I imagine a lot of the Eastern Europeans who have moved here since we were relegated would jump at the chance to see Man U play whilst they're in the country. The only way we would manage to preclude a sell-out will be if we charge something upwards of £40 for a typical ticket, or raise the kids' prices too high IMO.

Certainly seems likely to raise a chuckle. Not sure if there's an English translation available though... the Italian one would be of very little use to me!

http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/sport/columnists/gabriele_marcotti/article5263546.ece Antonio Cassano. Saw him play live this season and he was absolutely fantastic. One of the best individual performances I've ever seen. Different type of player to Matty but seems to have a similar outlook. Loves being the big fish in the small pond. “What is truly important is being happy now. I know I haven’t given 100 per cent physically or mentally to this game. At best, I gave 50 per cent. Maybe a tiny bit more in the good years. But so what? Thanks to my talent, I live like a king, I play football and I have a great time. If I had wanted to give 100 per cent, I would have stayed at Real Madrid, sacrificed lots of things, done my very best and I probably would have succeeded. Instead, I’m here at Sampdoria and I love it.” Funnily enough I think our national team, and the country in general, would actually benefit from adopting a bit more of this attitude. Life is for living!

Yes. What is a "Gallican" and why don't they like it?
-
There was no porn in that internet video. To whom may I make my complaint?
-
Whilst I applaud the club's desire to do the right thing by membership holders, surely this could have been done without suspending all new applications? Don't they log the date when you join? I'm sure they do. Anyone who joined before the draw gets priority over new members but the club might still get some new member revenue from speculative applicants. Cup gate receipts are split 50/50 aren't they? Therefore, without any spin-off revenue this game will only generate the same (actually less, than most home league games) in gate receipts for the club + probably a tv fee (£50k?) + some burgers, beer etc... much needed but not exactly a huge windfall.

Indeed, but she should have thought of that when she got dressed. (I also secretly think she was loving it!) I think it was her first shift as well which made it even funnier. We were first in there... I turned to my mate and said "you know what's going to get sung later...."

The Antigallican, pub right next to Charlton station. I'm not one for purile "bird" threads on this forum but there are few things quite so noteworthy as a very petite girl with massive knockers IMO. Especially when they are on the verge of escape.
-
No probs! Also, shout out to the Irish guy who seemed to be the manager - top bloke!
-
Massive Lol@the reaction when they drew Swansea.
-
I think so. I think the away-day boozer is an integral part of the away-day experience and worth talking about.
-
McGoldrick's potentially a very good player IMO but would definitely benefit from having someone like John up front with him.
