.... lying bastard. http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/sport/football/premier_league/portsmouth/article7025709.ece February 13, 2010 Portsmouth’s plea for early delivery of parachute payment refused Oliver Kay, Football Correspondent, Nick Szczepanik Portsmouth were told by the Premier League last night that there is no way it can sanction an emergency payment of next season’s broadcast revenue to save the club from administration.

Yes, but the lying cheats will merely say that all those hundreds of interested parties, willing to plough millions into the club, were scared off and left because of the CVA not going through, and so it's all the big bad HMRC's fault.

Un-bloody-believable. "So when you look in the mirror there is a degree of 'I wish I had trusted them less!'" Well, Mr. Scudamore, it was bloody obvious to about 10,000 people here on this thread, and we have been screaming this for a year. Thanks a lot for believing their lies and so allowing them to strengthen their squad for their FA cup run (at our expense and others). You idiot. But the no-nonsense chief executive says it has also prompted the rest of the Premier League clubs to unite and fast track through a new set of strict rules and regulations in a bid to ensure there will never be a repeat. A bit late now, you tart. Oh yes, and thanks for increasing the parachute payments to a whopping £48 million - what a punishment and kick in the teeth for Cheats FC that is. NOT. Anyway, if you want to make some amends, please repeat what you said to Mr. Mann tomorrow: tell him all about the CHEATING, LYING BASTARDS.

Maybe those at the club who don't like him should remind themselves that there probably wouldn't be a club if NC hadn't encouraged ML to buy it, and they wouldn't have a job (at the club at least) if it wasn't for NC. -
Step 1: Establish that they are owed £30 million. Step 2: Establish that the overall unsecured debt used for voting purposes of £138 million has been deliberately overestimated by AA, and should be £120 million (or less). Maybe? CHEATING BASTARDS.
-
And how many players did Bournemouth (for example) get special dispensation to buy during their embargo?
-
Maybe there ought to be a Pompey Takeover Saga F.A.Q.
-
If you happen to bump into Mr. Mann, any chance of finding out which club he supports?
-
That won't stop Cheats FC from bending the rules to get around it, by offloading rubbish to get below the 20 mark, something they have been quite open and proud about. CHEATING BASTARDS.
-
You mean, as in Hitler made Jack the Ripper seem like a pretty good person?
-
Four years, then. As much as I like to see them suffer a slow death, that is a bit too long for me.
-
Yes, Nick.
-
By their repeated sticking up of two fingers it almost appears that AA and co. want liquidation, but it to occur in such a way (i.e. CVA being rejected in court) that they can blame the big bad HMRC. CHEATING, LYING BASTARDS.
-
It's easy to understand: the football genius Heskey kept him out. Anyway, back on topic...... CHEATING, LYING BASTARDS.

Yes, indeed. Not to mention Lampitt: a rat joining a sinking ship smells very fishy. CHEATING, LYING BASTARDS.

The only thing keeping them on life support at the moment is the promise of £48 million parachute money over the next 4 years. If the shit really hits the fan, I wonder if BC may try to cut a deal with the PL to get part of this up front (half, maybe?) and agree to forgo the rest? If so, as a secured creditor he'll maybe be able to trouser his wedge, AA will put Cheats FC into voluntary liquidation, and the rotten corpse will be thrown out of the league.
-
Wow, top post. But surely too good to be true?
-
Bravo. We won't tell them. P.S. If anyone missed this gem: I'm sure the s cummers are all really jealous of us. What with us being on the edge of liquidation and them having a billionaire owner. We beat them with a team we couldn't afford and won the cup with cash we didn't have and it could mean the end of pompey. It wasn't worth it. As for sl*ging off Le Tissier, you're having a laugh. You'd have to be a moron not to see what a genius player he was despite him being a s cummer. It's no wonder our club is in such a mess when such a large section of our support is so thick.
-
You could be right. On the other hand, you could be completely, utterly and totally wrong.
-
Remind me again, how many billionaire investors did Lowe bring in for Saints?
