Fourth official has gone very quiet on us in the last few days, I would suggest if somethings about to happen and he's connected to the club which looks very likely, he's possibly been told to STFU.

Far too disruptive an influence. IMO we need a CB & a winger who can play up front, like de Ridder/Jayrod. It would be silly to disrupt a confident winning team with a massive ego. The players we have and are probably looking at are flexible and can play a number of different formations.

Ok I'll be a little more specific for you, it's more about a group of players that have played together for a long time and know each other inside out. He could have used Man U or Spain as examples. And your absolutely right, if a player really wants to go to a club who've been at the top of thier game for a long time they will go.

I seem to remember NC saying a long time ago, he had no plans to sit mid table in the prem and was looking at the Barca model. He was clearly aiming at competing with the best, still got no real reason to doubt him. I know it's not his call but don't think we'll be sold if/when we get there either.
