Well said. It's all about the future and building a team that'll play together for years to come. That is diametrically opposed to the way Leicester are going about things. If they go up the chances are they almost completely rebuild again. It's like Torres, he has to play cos they paid so much for him.

Maybe we had bid for Waghorn a while ago but is dependent on Leicester getting Maynard. That looks likely now freeing up Waghorn. Baldock was possibly just an option.

Having read the link on the other thread about player stats whilst playing (very interesting), I wouldnt be at all surprised if Adkins has studied them in detail and decided he's perfect for what we need, certainly at the price. Out of interest how old is he?
