Sorry but I think this is nonsense. Blackpool had a plan which was to stretch us wide and use pace to outflank us - and it generally worked. The failure of our backs and midfielders was the problem.

It was a very off day - but yes it was quite embarrassing.

I am sorry but this is ridiculous. Schneiderlin is one of the few players we have who will do well in the PL - he is classy and very good at his job. Our problems are that we do not have (a) effective creative midfielders other than AL, who is clearly not on top form (b) any real pace down the wings. We have become very square - we need to get a grip on these matches and to get back some of our old intensity.

I fully support a moment's silence before the Reading match - I doubt there has been a single day when the city lost more people. This would help show that the Club can represent the wider city. I can't understand the opposition which just appears mindless. Let's do it - what email should we write to?

Holloway got his tactics spot on - we got ours woefully wrong and yet did little to change things throughout the match. I am a big NA fan but today's game exposed his limited tactical nous.
