  1. Absolutely, that ought never to be overlooked. That said, as so many have pointed out there is no room for sentiment in this league.
  2. Yes. Yes, it does.
  3. This. I'm a big Danny Fox fan, but when Frazer came on and Nat Clyne switched flanks, thats when we started to get going. Ramirez is pure unadulterated class, he could be signing of the season in the EPL. Mayuka looked really promising as well.
  4. Whats the worst that could happen? Robert Murat gets a sparkling new driveway and a wedge of compo.
  5. You could say the same about any addiction, but I was picking you up on this particular line- " For the non-smoker life feels great all the time, not just when they are having a fix." I'm a non smoker, and life doesn't feel great all the time. That much ought to be obvious, I'm a Saints supporter.
  6. Add to that the non-drinker, non-pharmaceutical addict, non-gamer, non-junkfood consumer, non-chocolate/coffee lover, non-gambler etc etc. Most things that most people enjoy are "bad" for them in one way or another. Non-smokers are not a class apart from other people with bad habits, and they are not automatically happy because they are non-smokers.
  7. Ive had saintsplayer for about 8 months now, dont think I'll bother renewing it tbh. Not just the problems Bailey and Armstrong mention above, but I dont like the new format. They arent the swiftest at getting match highlights out either, I usually seem to wind up watching them on other clubs' players before they appear on ours.
  8. , didn't Sir Humphrey Appleby have a similar line in Yes Minister?
  9. My girlfriend said she wanted to be treated like a princess. So I took a picture of her tits and put it on facebook.
  10. I'm a no. Toyed with it as a teenager, but really disliked it. Unlike some of the nonsmokers on here though, I have no problem with anyone else smoking, especially since the public-places smoking ban. (Even then I reckon its done me more harm than good, there are far fewer pubs for me to satiate my alcohol craving in as a direct result of it.)
  11. Thats him telt.
  12. Such cynicism, and in one so young...
  13. ^ I've been searching for ages, but still cant find Kate's tits. and I've got the photos!
  14. Yes Jonny, it means he's a boring, pedantic c*nt.
  15. "Heskey off to Oz"? What have the australians done then?
  16. Probably round Claims 4 U getting his compo sorted, together with the other 2.5 million scousers who were at the game.
  17. I was really excited when I heard Kate Middleton was going topless. After all, we havent had a decent Royal execution since Charles the first.
  18. Strachan was a hard-as-nails, experienced, well respected top-flight manager. Sturrock was a yokel from the lower divisions, getting a team to punch slightly above their weight.
  19. Sturrock was only brought in because lowe assumed anyone from a lower division that knocked us out of the cup must have a fantastic manager. (The same went for Dave Jones.) iirc, the players didn't go for "the plymouth model" of team bonding and cross-country runs. All imho, of course...
  20. ...and no Branfoot, wtf??
  21. Trouble is, after the last two seasons we arent used to this. Better get acclimatized I suppose.
  22. I wonder whether Linley copped anything for letting the paparazzi roam around his property? He always struck me as well shifty.
  23. Thats an opinion, but there are figures available. Why would successive governments have clamped down so hard on tobacco use if that really was the case?
