The problem with this siutaion is that it is a "back at yer" from Lowe. It is permanent, you cant start naming your backroom staff i.e Svensson and then have someone come in a few months later and remove him.

I agree with comments above and had a phone conversation with a ex work collegue who is a pompey season ticket holder. He said Dyer was absolute class and ran their defense ragged. He cannnot undertsand why he isnt back with us, when I explained about money and £5k a week he laughed saying "so your chairman / manager is quite happy playing ****wits and might be relageted rather than quality players that might save you from the ****e"

Found out some more about this guy 1. Sometimes travels with the team and is always with Wotte or Lowe if he is there 2. He was brought in by the chairman and looks like he is ruperts eyes and ears 3. Was asked to Leave / move from the board Room at Selhurst Park as was sat at Simon Jordans table 4. He is always in a suit 5. He seems to be around a lot more in recent weeks than he was at first 6. Always watching and taking in everything 7. It is beleived neither Jan or Mark knew him before they / he came. 8. He has been around from day 1 of the dutch regime.
