Yes that is a problem due to the Pinnacle **** up
-
Yes plus another striker or two I would have thought
-
I cant really see the current team getting there this season but there seems to be a good chance next season
-
Yes I agree with you plus Brett But he did get the best out of Beattie who seemed to lose interest after he left and has never been the same since
-
Could not agree more but getting a replacement for Svennson was going to be very difficult . I just think the defence was getting near is sell by date and the team peaked in 2003

Munto Finance v Markus Liebherr (Notts County v Saints)

Is this overspending or overspending wisely http://www.dailyecho.co.uk/sport/saints/news/4505089.Euell_ends_costly_spell_at_Saints/ The first I would have thought The Euell signing for me was start of the move to Administration but I am not really concerned noe regarding oadministration as it is now in the past -
So nothing to do with the players then It does seem a bit strange
-
But they had a decent team we dont
-
Mind you can say that about loads of players I would have thought
-
Yes I think that as well but I would suggest Year 1 - Mid Table League 1 Year 2 - Promotion Year 3 - Mid Table League CCC Year 4 - Top 10 / maybe play offs Year 5 - Promotion to Prem but of course nothing is guaranteed

He is a professional footballer so in somebody's opinion he is good enough
-
I hope you are right but many have not been able to do so in the last five years
-
Nothing excellent choice I would have thought

They were one of the founder clubs of the league so have a long history -
Seems what he is saying is pretty obvious and has been discussed here so many times Need to get in players to replace the ones who have left and to move on players who do not wish to stay. The January transfer window is probably going to be important depending on our League position at Christmas An interesting season to come

Dont think he is a Pardew type player but of course I maybe wrong

No guarantees in football however we did get to the play offs and with a bit of luck could have been promoted -

Yes exactly of course I was only joking as if anybody from the club would contact me but in the past we all probably knew what the club was trying to achieve that is my point -

I dont disagree with what you are saying perhaps they could let me know what the strategy is because I dont like to be kept in the dark. I also dont really know why Markus bought the club either -

I would be really interested in a statement from the club as to their strategy as we are really in the dark about it. If we were on zero points I would have thought a little investment could possibly get us near to promotion but having -10 makes it very difficult. Perhaps we will consolidate this year and go for promotion next. Whatever happens there are only a few players currently on the books who would be outstanding in the championship in the next couple of years. -
Lets just forget the past shall we and look to the future hopefully things will get better because they can hardly get worse You have a point of view I have another thats all it is no good arguing because we are not going to change one anothers view. Let us talk about now and the season ahead.

Very true but if Swansea were to offer a two year contract I think he will be off
-
If Stern is fully fit he should be kept but do we know for sure he is there were some reports of a back problem. We always seem to be picking up relatively old players who seemed to be continually injured
-
The problem is that according to the majority Lowe is responsible for most of what went wrong even when he was plainly not just accept that and move on I have

If Crouch is worth £12 m then MLT must be £40m plus If Zamora is worth £5 mill MLT must be worth £100m
