You beat me to it. So did the bookies pay out on him or Curbishley? Be funny if they paid out on both!

He's after the Newcastle job!

Has to be him hitting the bar with that volley at Fulham.

Yeah Delap scored to put them 1 up, I think it was Doddsy's headed back pass went past the advancing Jones and Rory nipped in to scramble it in. Ball, Delap and Jones all ended up in the back of the net. I think this was the game that Marian scored straight from the restart with a 30 yarder into the top corner. Oakley scored twice I think, probably why they signed him a few years later!

My hatred for Derby goes back way before the playoff defeat. They've always been a bunch of cheating c***s! In the 1997-98 season we lost up there 4-0 in the league when one of their two Italian tw**s Eranio fell on the floor and they were given the penalty, we went 1 down and collapsed after that. I wasn't at that game but I was at Pride Park that same season for the 3rd round FA Cup tie. A horrible day freezing cold and back then one corner of the ground was open, and the wind was howling through, then it started snowing! Still it was a sh!te game had 0-0 written all over it until they were awarded an even more ridiculous penalty(the worst penalty decision I have ever seen, although the one Leicester got at the Walkers in 2003 runs it a close second) basically their other Italian t**t Baiano fell in the penalty area despite the fact that Carlton Palmer was nowhere near him and didn't even attempt a tackle ffs! There is no way the ref could have seen the incident from where he was but the assistant could yet he did nothing!! Plus who remembers them grabbing a 3-3 draw at the Dell think it was back in 1999 when we were 3-2 up the board came up with 4 mins of stoppage time, yet Mickael Beck headed home 5 and half mins into injury time! I for one hope they keep PJ as they are heading for League One if they do and that would make me very happy!

Shocking!! I didn't know Parker Bros. made a Ouija board! I'd love to explore an old abandoned building, I wanted to look around the old Meridian Studios. Might see Fred Dineage's ghost... Oh wait he ain't dead yet! :smt048

The Malvern in Winchester Road is my local, but I also frequent the Bellemoor, or if I'm visiting family, friends etc. the Bridge in Woolston.

I've never been a big follower of England and now they have skates in the team, forget it! There is no way I could cheer a goal or a penalty save by a skate. Hope they lose to Andorra on Saturday. C'mon you... Actually what colours do they play in? ??:

But some dives are just comedy gold! :smt082

I'm not sure if Shearer is really that keen on management he seems quite happy as a pundit. Maybe if he got the push from the BBC for saying something controversial then he would, but that could take decades!!
-
The fans never took to him given the fact he played for Sunderland, also his style of play wasn't popular either, he was always on a hiding to nothing.

If its true I bet Ashley won't be sitting amongst the fans at their next game! :smt071

The phrase "hush money" is being banded about. Bet that didn't go through the books hey Mr. Levvy! Spurs are just as bad, the way they tapped up Dean Richards, amongst others. This sort of thing has been going on for years, Cloughie did it all the time.

Be fair he's been royally shafted this time around!

And its all kicking off, who'd have thought it?

Celtic for me. Just can't root for a team in blue! Looks like the gers are going to do it today though!

and he scored THAT goal at Fratton in the cup!! :smt048

If Derby had won they probably would have given them five minutes about how good it was to end their winless streak. I don't know why I even bother watching this excuse of a highlights show!

I met Sting at his mansion in Wiltshire whilst doing some work there, had a coffee and a chat with him, nice bloke.

Probably the same lot who were walking throught town looking for trouble after the playoff game at sms back in 2007. It nearly kicked off outside the eagle pub, but the old bill managed to get in between them and all the saints fans who had piled out of the pub. To many teen idiots watching films like Green Street and Football factory.

1. First match in '87 2-2 v man u. Danny Wallace running past about 5 players before unleashing a 20 yarder into the top corner. 2. Coming back from 3-0 at home to Liverpool to draw 3-3 and Marian Pahars jumping onto the low wall at the archers rd. end right in front of me. 3. Ronnie Ekelund 4. Bruce Grobbelaar taking a cap from a steward and holding it out in front of the Arsenal fans just after those bribery allegations. 5. Beating Spurs 4-3 when Jim Magilton scored a 20 yarder live on sky, (take that Sheringham!) 6. Loads of MLT moments. 7. Franny Benali's full length diving header own goal against Oldham in the fog and not being able to stop myself laughing even though it put us 2 down. 8. Franny Benali's first goal in the right end this time (vs. Leicester?) 9. Mark Hughes goal against Leeds that hit the hordings at the archers road end and came back out so quick that the ref didn't give the goal. 10. The atmosphere and the banter.

Their in the corner, but the same side as the dugouts, like the Dell's where so you didn't have to cross the pitch.

Kenilworth Road, Luton. Both St. Andrews and Turf Moor's tunnels are at the end behind one of the goals.
