  1. What an excellent Test match from start to finish, gripping all the way through with both teams having their good and bad moments. Exactly why Test match cricket is THE premier form of the game, and shows up Twenty20 for being little more than a farce. Roll on Durban.

Hopefully the loss will be good for the Saints in the long run, as it might focus some minds. Was a disappointing performance though, and our D seems to be getting worse by the game. Also, we don't run the ball enough. The proof is in the pudding, but at least we didn't lose to Oakland. Go Donks!
  3. Got home from Leeds in time to see the skate go out. Even more amusing seeing as he really should have won. Excellent stuff.
  4. I believe this is The Lounge. Or at least it is when you want to move threads here. http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/forum/showpost.php?p=534649&postcount=7
  5. Anderson clean bowls Prince, 2-1. Excellent to get a wicket this evening.

  9. I hate all the w*nkers who turn up in the pub on Xmas Day having not been there all year. I also hate the fact the pub is only open for 3 hours.
  10. England 88-1 at the close. Seen off the end of the day pretty well. Now to bat all day tomorrow!

  14. Amusing, but grammatical incorrect. I believe it should read "...fewer topics...."
  15. When I left the pub Cook had just scored two excellent boundaries and was looking in good shape. When I got back to the office (about 2 minutes later) he was out. Hmmm. Should've stayed in the boozer.
  16. 341-7, Morkel caught behind off Onions. Need to clean up the tail quite quickly I reckon. And we will have to post a larger 1st innings score than them to have any chance of winning.
  17. Duminy gone, 316-6. Collingwood with his 4th catch.
  18. Kallis edged and gone from Anderson. 120 for Kallis. 283-5.
  19. Day two has begun. Meanwhile in Perth, Chris Gayle scores 102 off 72 balls for WIndies against Australia.
  20. 262-4 at the close. An tough day of cricket, with SA ending on top, especially as they were put in to bat.
  21. Where's my fishing rod?
  22. Kallis in total control, nearing his hundred.
  23. No snow in sunny Bath.
  24. Only ST holders who have been to all JPT games so far should be allowed to attend.
  25. Bit of advice, go through the train company direct (i.e. http://www.swtrains.co.uk or http://www.firstgreatwestern.co.uk - it doesn't matter which) and you get all the same fares but no booking fees whatsoever.
