I think you'll find I put FACT, and therefore this makes my statement a fact, as I have FACTed the occasion. Thus, the issues I raised are not up for discussion. These are the rules of FACT. Don't hate the player, hate the game.

Depends, if about 500 more people per game had turned up instead of whinging and "protesting" then we wouldn't be in admin. FACT.

For those people who like blithering on about Lowe at every opportunity, I was listening to Radio 5 yesterday evening and they were discussing Newcastle. The guests were of the opinion that Freddy Shepherd returning would be good for the club, because it's "better the devil you know". I find the similarities to Saints amusing, as those small-minded fans who wanted "anyone but Lowe" succumbed to PR of Michael Wilde. Discuss.

Hatch has ruined it by going for a different race. The 4.30 won't be as fun now.

Ooo...direct competition.

Going on Friday. Hurrah for me. Will be too drunk to know what happens.

As I had half a day off yesterday I got to watch the live coverage on ITV Interactive - except that with 800m to go to coverage ended. A very angry e-mail was fired off yesterday in disgust. Still, two good wins for Cavendish. People who say he is not good in the hills, fair enough not in the big mountains, but he did win the Milan - San Remo which has some decent climbs in it. Also, intermediate sprints only 6, 4 and 2 points whereas stage in is 35 points. Will just have to see how he does in the mountain stages where there are only 4th, 3rd and 2nd category climbs. He will need to stay with Hushovd in those to claim any minor placing points.

Had a really good weekend up in Manchester with the real Hampshire fans (). Got two tickets for Mound Stand yesterday for another excellent day out at Lord's.

And I almost went for Iver Bridge Lad as well. Still, I can say anything I want now, the race has already happened! D'oh.

How do you manage to make up this nonsense? Bennett was recalled from loan by Reading who wanted him for the FA Cup. For whatever reason we then didn't try and sign him the following summer, probably due to going for Perry instead.

2.50 Sandown Di Stefano

1-0, Stuart Jones with a 28th minute back post header. Thing is, I think they are less likely to win the 2nd leg now.

Bottled it, didn't I. Did anyone take it? Tip of the century, IMO.

Waah! Waah! Waah! Someone give baby his dummy.

That's what you get when you back former point-to-point horses I guess!

You don't own the road outside your house, so pipe down. Inconsiderate parking is one thing: i.e. people parking over driveways, preventing you from getting access; but just parking in the street? No problem at all. Cry baby.

Think that was my worst tip ever.

You don't need to have width to succeed. It is just the typical British backward and stubborn attitude to insist that there is only one way to play football.
-
Why are these fake press conferences always at 2pm?
-
On the basis that he didn't play the diamond formation for the last 5/6 (maybe more) games last year, I fear you don't have a clue what you are on about. Also, the best teams don't always rely on width.

Good opportunities for some money, with the start of the Europa League today: My accumulator today is: Dinaburg Dinamo Minsk Zimbru Randers Sligo Rovers Helsingborgs I am also thinking of taking the 12/1 on offer for Llanelli to beat Motherwell in Scotland. Motherwell only have 12 senior players (who knows if they are all fit), and Llanelli can play some decent football. I can see an upset. p.s. The post would be much better on the betting forum, but it appears there isn't one.
