Handbags at Leicester. Norwich expected Leicester to give give the ball back to Krug, Iheanacho took off with the ball, was fouled, made a huge meal of it, scrum insued.
-
Cardiff and Chelsea shirts in there too. South Beach Florida, says it all. Do a google search for “Florida man” with your birthday and you’ll see that’s all you need to know. Works for any date.

Pukki just put Norwich ahead at Leicester. Wrong footed Schmeichal.
-
We seem to be stuck with Cedric at RB and a non scoring forward alongside Ings. We need to get Redmond firing again, he seems hopelessly short of confidence. If someone else can share the goal scoring load of Ings we’d be in much better shape.

****, only got 32, can't believe some of the ones I missed.

Great footballing man. RIP Jim!

Was reading the other day that Aleksei Cherednik is a scout for Shakhtar Donetsk.

See above, it was a reverse jinx ploy. Worked perfectly *taps head*

In before Heisenburg makes 1,300 on Pellegrini getting the sack...

3-1 up now so my little reverse jinx ploy worked!!! Mwaahahahahaha!

Delete, wrong thread.

The 96th minute equalizer against Arsenal keeps getting worse and worse. Now West Ham are taking advantage of them. We really ruined that game with such sloppy attempts at finishing and also goalkeeping/defending to see out the game.

Do you live near Kenilworth Rd? Just saw your username and thought "Hmmm".

We need an experienced defensive coach/co-ordinator/analyst

True, Lundekvam and Monkou both had mistakes in them. Looking back, the centre back that was brilliant to watch live (you get that view that the TV doesn't give you) was Dean Richards. His anticipation and tracking of aerial balls was absolutely top notch, he would snuff out the danger before it could happen. -
Unlikely. Apparently "he must be decent because he gets picked" and "he once set up a goal for Pelle".
-
Another thing that struck me about yesterday was just how weak we are at the goalkeeping position. Alex is a decent enough keeper but Debravka made several key stops (2 on Redmond, 1 on Cedric) and then Alex goes and parries it out on a plate for their winner. Both need to practice putting the ball around the post for a corner. Then at least we can reorganise a bit.

Need a ****ing psychologist. We looked OK until we scored and it slowly dawned on them we might win 3 on the bounce. Then the legs turned to jelly and the panicking began. -
Oh for a convincing 3-0. We used to be 3-1 specialists but I cannot remember us winning 3-0 for a long long time. EDIT: Checked the 11 vs 11 site and it was Jan 22 2017 3-0 vs Leicester. We also had a 4-0 at Sunderland on 11th February 2017. Looking back we had 3-1 wins vs Huddersfield and Wolves last season but I recall that in both games we were made to sweat a bit, so neither were that comfortable.

Agreed. I’m sick of hearing “would have taken a point before the game”... and “We played well but it’s never been a happy hunting ground”... And then see a fellow struggler doing what we couldn’t (Brighton vs Arsenal, Norwich vs Man C etc etc). When was the last time we comprehensively beat a team in the EPL and didn’t have the usual arse puckering last 10-15 minutes? Was it Everton 4-1 about 3 years ago? I’m struggling to remember.
-
I’m not slagging off the entire team. I just don’t see what Cedric brings. I’d rather not have Long in the starting lineup but I can see what he brings. Cedric is not very good, I’m sorry, I’d love him to be good, but he just isn’t. Teams often overload the left because they know they’ll get an easy time against him. Is it too much to ask that we have a RB that can pass, cross, tackle and clear the lines?
-
That’s it? That’s all you could come up with? I gave you a big canvas to wax lyrical about all his good points and you give me, “he must be decent because he plays in the team and assisted on a Pelle goal many moons ago”. He’s like that guy at work who never seems to do anything useful, just exists there. No one is really sure how he hasn’t been fired or who hired him. “He must do something, he’d be fired if he didn’t” but here we are, he’s making a new pot of coffee and refilling his stapler then walking around with a piece of paper to look busy then disappearing for a while on his break.
-
Alright then, so what has he done decently in games for Saints for the last few years?
-
One of those teams will secure a shock result. We’ll blow our big chance, again...

Michael Bridges Robert Pires Ian Wright Robin Van Persie

I wouldn’t expect him to get that, his grammar is beyond atrocious.
