This isn't an option. Demoted managers (or coaches in the case of JP) don't work in any business. My manager has recently been demoted and once they've been effetively told they are not up to the job they lose motivation.

It does matter that Lowe was not there. It's his job to be there and given the serious situation the club is in and the FACT Donny was a huge game it's scandalous he wasn't in attendance. I can only hope Wilde appreciated the feeling amongst the fans and for once does the right thing and proxies his shares to leon crouch.
