Which is total ******** as he hung on until he had no choice but to step down.

Precisely and going off on a tangent this is why i think the recession in Britain could well be less harsh than on the continent. For businesses that can move quickly to take advantage of the opportunities in Europe there is real money to be made. That said i'm totally ****ed off by the exchange rate as last year i got 1.47 euros to the pound and today i enquired at the post office about Euros (was collecting some i'd bought online for pathetic 1.137 - £1 and it's now 1.07 - £1. I'll be taking Sterling abroad and hope to find a better rate if i need to change any more money.
-
But is that a downside? If more money filters through the British leagues it's a good thing and how it should be IMO.

I don't see what's wrong with this legislation but perhpas i'm thinking more of protected species eggs (already presumably covered by law) from being collected by oddball egg collectors. That said if those black and white wagtail looking things (**** me my brains gone blank on what they're called) that build nests under your gutters did so at my house i'd be very tempted to lean out the window with a broom before they laid eggs.

I'v had a Manc supporting mate ask me to try and get him a ticket. They will infiltrate our stands in number for sure.

With the global Market giving it's damning verdict of Browns management of the UK economy, and Sterling crashing against the Euro, i think the days of buying foreign players for clubs outside the top 6 of the premiership could be over for the time being. This can only be a good thing IMO for the state of English football and the national side.

I'm sure Dragonov knew all this, but it's par for the course for Lowe fanatics to peddle lies.

GM i've long been against the whole concept of the club being a PLC. I'm just a simple fan and don't know the itrical stuff like a businessman like you would, but i just can't accept the priniple of a PLC whereby the club is run for the shareholders. In my view Saints is a sports club in it's simplest terms - a bit like your locals bowls club. Money raised through player sales and tickets should go back into the club - not some of the money and some of it to shareholders. It's just plain wrong for a comunity institution to be like this. I don't know how feasible it is for us to de-list, but it should be the aim for the club to get back to basics.

What total crap. The 5,000 drop in attendance from last year to this year is matched only by Morecambe in it's magnitude.

The ''I'm desperate for a Man U ticket can you help me'' thread?

Has a "fancy dress theme" been aranged for the game yet? -
Tuesday is when i leave for warmer climes, but i'm reliably informed my hotel has internet access so i may pop in to say hi. Leon Crouch is the answer IMO out of the three. Lowes divisive presence has seen attendances drop by 5,000. This fact alone makes him a liability. Michael Wilde is just a waste of space and always has been.
-
Never while he's at the club. I've set my stall out and i'll stick to it.
-
It'll never catch on like "Lowe Luvvies" did.
-
You wouldnt say that about Lowes ****.
-
********, i was just toying with an "in play" bet on Wolfsburg.

Wilde do a live interview rofl. Lowe would have to wire him up with a secret intercom device.

Or Snake is a liar... The statement that he resigned because of a failure to raise finance was only issued to try and reduce fans unrealistic expectations. IMO, it was through Wilde's efforts, that PA was clearly aware that his approach would be welcomed rather than shunned and this is a big factor when looking at a potential acquisition. We now know that PA had contact with the club several months ago, before MW's resignation. IMO it is down to Wilde that we now have this opportunity to stabilise and secure the long term future of the club. If this takeover goes through I think we all owe him bigtime.

Ha Ha, Lowe really is hated by everyone who has ever been connected with the club.
-
Now that would be entertaining. I'm sure Rupert is currently a deep shade of beetroot if he's listening.
-
He's an old man and will be dead soon. His ill gotten gains won't do him much good then.
-
Quality. Askham and Lowe are peas in a pod.
-
We need extra revenue and for crouch to call for the likes of Lowe and Snake to put their hands in their pockets suggests Crouch would match their investment. As for players being in it for the money i accepts that's how it is now, but Lowe is just a leech that brings nothing to the club apart from negativity and division.
-
Can anyone see Lowe giving anything back? He's only at Saints for what he can out of it.

Explain why Crouch failed during his spell in charge please.
