We can disagree about Lowe and Crouch, but i don't think anyone disagrees about Wilde being an unmitigated disaster.

The three main pontomine villains are Lowe, Wilde and Askham. Crouch was only in charge for 5 months and he started reducing the wage bill.

And of course Rupert Lowe had absolutely of influence over the finances before his disasterous return. Wilde bringing Captain Calamity back only compounded our woes.
