Why didn't Crouch save us from administration?

Guy Askham has made a donation. Credit where credits due. Whether that makes up for his past actions is a matter of opinion. -

It's a pity the money wasn't collected to fund a guarenteed sale for the extra tickets for Forest as i have a sneaky feeling that could the reason we might not get extra tickets... Remember Tottenham away? If and when the money was recuperated it could have been donated to the club. -
The Echo site is better for banter.

And let's be realistic, how many of those who clicked their mouse on a box would stump up if called to. It's not like it's a legally binding commitment i wouldn't think. Anyone could turn round and say the dog jumped up and clicked the mouse. £63K is a lot of money but in the scheme of things it's peanuts. An idea born out of good intentions, but not realistic sadly. This is out of our hands and all we can do is pack st marys out for the last game and show investors that SFC could be worth a punt. -
I had an aunty and uncle who owned a filling station in the east end at the time of the Krays and they said Reggie and Ronnie (who used the garage)were perfect gents.

Take a look at the 1 year graph. If it carries on at it's current rate Lowe's on course for a hatrick.
-
Not yet, but i'm sure he'll explain why the share price losing 33% is a fantastic performance in the beta correlation.
-
Looking at W H Irelands latest performance i think Rupert Lowe has other things on his mind.

Any ideas for my costume for sitting in the Forest mainstand?

Saints to win tomorrow. I genuinely think we're worth a punt.

Maybe by the law of the land it's harsh, but compared to the suffering he inflicted on that lovely dog (springers are the friendliest breed of dog there is) it's a slap on the wrist.

Of course this is what i was refering to. I was commenting on the constant downward trend. It was a clear indication that SLH was heading for the rocks. Quite why Jonah couldn't see this i'll never know. -

How can you say Crouch is like Lowe. Crouch cares about what he can do for Saints. Lowe only ever cared about what Saints could do for him. -
http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/news/justice/article2378625.ece This has got to be one of the worst things i've ever read in the papers. How someone could do something like that? I hope the evil sicko gets what coming to him.

Sometimes it is best to just hold your hands up and say "i got it wrong" instead of digging yourself into a bigger hole. You were denying Saints shares were doing badly in comparison to other shares. The facts didn't back up your lack of an argument. I told you that the tumbling share price pointed to the club going under very soon. You argued i was wrong. We both have a limited amateurish grasp on the stock markets and even with that said your grasp IS superior to mine, but in that single argument you showed you don't know as much as you'd like us to believe. We are now at the point where past differences and batting for sides (you batting for Lowe - me dead against him) are old news and frankly irrelevent. If you could put your efforts into giving a balanced, and truthful, picture of the financial intricasies of SFC i'm sure all would agree it would be better. -

Just before the club went into admin Jonah was saying the nosediving share price was inconsequencial. He certainly knows his stuff. -
Ladbrokes used to to a 5 team accy special for a fiver. It came in for me winning me £544! Must be about 15 years ago.

National express are doing the trip for £35.90. Not that i'd entertain the idea personally.

The trouble with park and rides is that it could take ages to get on a bs after the game and you're gonna be crammed in like sardines. Personally i couldn't be arsed with the hassle and would rather park up near the ground and then get back to my car straight after the game.
-
**** it, i've just realised this game is on a Sunday! That's the plan to get the bus well and truely scuppered. And there's no trains! **** it.

Where to drink Our neighbours Notts County will provide you with refreshments at ‘The Meadow Club’ which is part of their Meadow Lane ground, which is funnily enough located on Meadow Lane! Look out for the floodlights and the lego/mecchano-like structure and you’ll find it. Just off London Road. This is generally the only pub in the immediate vicinity of the ground that allows away fans in now. Linky thing.. http://nffcblog.com/away-fans-guide/ Sounds a bit ****, but from what i've read and from speaking to the landlord at the pub i rang i don't think you'll find much else unless you head into the city centre.

I'm sure there's street parking round by Meadow Lane, but i don't think i'd recomend this for this fixture for those dressed up like deckchairs (we might win and it'd be foolish to parade yourself in this area). Like all grounds there's the usual £5 footie car parks dotted about. Arrive early and there's no problem finding them as a rule.
