I doubt that even 80 points would get us into the play-offs. They are long gone, since the 3 disaster away results, Brentford,Exeter, Millwall.
To stand any chance whatsoever of making the POs it needs just 1 thing..15 wins and 1 draw.
Depends what our side will look like I suppose and who's managing it.
I want just one thing for next season's automatic promotion...get rid of Lallana.
to me he is an absolute waste of time and space because he misses so many chances; he did last season, he has this season and he will again next season. It is no use the other 10 lads creating rare chances in tight games like last night's for him to either blaze them over the bar, scuff them straight at the keeper or put them wide of the post.
Rickie probably sees himself as Wayne Rooney or C Ronaldo who both have a tendency to drift wide, trouble is they're both always where they should be,when they should be, Rickie hasn't quite got the hang of it yet..
Just been reading through AP's piece on the OS, no Morgan and no Connolly for Saturday and he doesn't know for how much longer Morgan or James will be out..
We can't play on bad pitches, don't ask me why, we just can't. Bad sides always drag us down to their level. Why? because without Morgan we hoooof
from the kick-off.We have 1 valid midfielder and when he doesn't play we go route 1. Why will AP not play Gillett or Gobern, they just cannot be any worse than Antonio on a bad pitch or Wotton in any conditions. I really do think he needs to explain the Gillett situation to the public.
