  1. Everton have loads of players on loan..well at least 3, think it depends where they come from actually.
  2. There's a young player from Katowice of that name, Oskar Wenike, 17 year old AM, flight from Katowice arrived at just about the right time. No idea just how good he is, not very well known, not an age category international.
  3. Now on the OS, they say a handful available. There's even a link to how you can buy them.
  4. Window Cleaner

    Ince

Usual suspects then, with the exception of West Ham of course.
  5. Look on the bright side, if you've got a week off you can do a Hull+Sunderland away double header with a few days in some northern wasteland in between, Cleethorpes or Harrogate or something.
  6. Watched about 25 minutes of the first half...absolutely atrocious. In fact it would probably be better if the FA put the Cup into midweek and left the League programmes on week-ends. That's the way all the other main football nations do it. You'd probably get better cup games without most sides looking to do the minimum to win and not get injured for their league game 2 days later.
  7. for what should I congratulate him exactly, being a good player ? What is this achievement?
  8. useless playing with a target man against the Arse, you need to play them on the deck, Koscielny and Mertesacker will just hoover up anything above a metre off the ground. Chelsea, City and Utd are the only sides to get decent results against Arsenal of late and they don't hoof to a target man.,
  9. And Jay's pass completion rate is by far superior to RL's.
  10. Nottingham is fairly reputable for some fields, Trent ? haven't got a clue, EoA's girl goes there I think but she's an artist.
  11. Rather we kept it simple myself, worst possible team at home. We play Hull away on the Tuesday beforehand and I wouldn't want any of our young heads fuzzed by thoughts of cup glory against Chelsea or Liverpool the week-end afterwards. Hull away is a tough game, we'll need 100% to get anything much, especially with no Lovren.
  12. Lampard takes a lot of penalties, couldn't say how many penalties he's scored over the years though. Must be 50 odd in his Chelsea career though so about a quarter of his goals come from penalties. Perhaps we should let Jack take a few, get him started like, as we did with Guly yesterday. Pity there were so many needing a boost on the goal front, Jack or Luke would probably have been grateful for opening their goal accounts in official matches for the club.
  13. As I said, too often found wanting when faced with good players. Not a fan myself, he's OK though but I'm looking forward to Victor's return. As for someone telling me that Phil Jones isn't a DM...they need to check their facts, he's very good at it actually.
  14. Not to mention Carrick, Phil Jones can also play DM but as he's often press ganged into a defensive role because of England's lack of CBs he's overlooked in the DM sector. Don't think Cork woulds stand an earthly of an England place really, too often found wanting against good players.
  15. Same as always, worst side left in the draw at home. So that would be what Charlton or Sheffield Wednesday then ? If we have to draw a PL side please let it be Fulham, and at home, mind you Swansea are in complete disarray, put them down as 4th choice then.
  16. and as we can see most people haven't bothered to vote.
  17. We do know however that at 3 minutes to 9 yesterday evening he was listening to some sort of atrocious music known as "indie grunge" and had time to post on a side forum about it. Perhaps the young lady is from India or just plain grunge. Strange thing to do on a first date though really.
  18. Where does he get 700 from then, I thought SFC employed a bit over 200 people, a few more in the satellite set-ups, can't see where 700 comes from really.
  19. Same place as always, can't see Krueger being much more than a motivational guy, that's what he does right ?
  20. There's defensive 4-3-3 and attacking 4-3-3, depends on the composition of the 3 most forward, if we were to put Lallana,Chambers and JRod there that gives us an extra lad who we know can defend very well and yet is still pretty handy going forward. They'll probably have Podolski on the left of their attack and with a Chambers/Clyne tandem he's be totally snuffed out. Thus taking a lot of pressure off Maya who'll doubtlessly be left side CB.
  21. Not really, Arsenal only have 1 striker, the majority of their goals come from midfield and that's where they need to be closed down. Cut them off at source. We need to go 4-3-3 here, it's the only way to hold Arsenal, if you go gung-ho their midfield will get too much space and destroy you.
  22. Frankie must the member of the training staff who's had the most threads devoted to her, this must be the 3rd or 4th. Now if I was one of the back-room blokes I'd be crying "discrimination".
  23. 'Bout time we had one. Ultra defensive for me Boruc,Clyne,Fonte,Maya,Shaw,Cork,Schneiderlin,Wanyama,Chambers,Lallana,JRod,
  24. It's what real pros do, the probably even practice it on the training field.
  25. In his dreams, after 10 minutes perhaps. JRod will tear them apart and then make way for Gallagher at half time.
