don't know, our defence was so poor on Saturday that you just can't judge any opponent on that game. West Brom's 3 pronged attack was just too good for our defence though. As have been most serious multi-player attacks this season. It should be the first thing we address once the season has ended. Maybe it's been done already who knows but we just cannot afford to start next season with either Fox or Hooieveld in our side or even as first change players. exactly Wigan's absolute minimum is now 2 wins and 2 draws. You can write off their game at the Emirates so 3 wins it is which isn't going to happen.

I think that whatever the former recruitment policy might have been we will have realised that we need at least 2 major international defenders and a fast wide player if we are to fulfill our ambitions in the near future. Still not convinced that Shaw can play more than half next season's games and I'd sign a left back, a CB and a front man, all of premier quality..

I expect us to sign about zero players from the Championship, think we'll sign 3 or 4, all from within the PL or European sides.

I just don't think he's solid enough for this division. Does good things but usually ends up on the deck or loses the ball after a virulent challenge. Gaston rides those, Lallana needs to do the same. Impact sub next season methinks.

at least Spurs don't have 3 big lumps in their front line to exploit our defensive frailties.

Next week's fixture is more important for Spurs than it is for us.
