As for the penalty shoot out,you'd have to ask yourself what exactly Ronaldo and Kaka thought they were doing, Neuer prefers to dive to his right so they went to that side anyway and not even just inside the post.Ronaldo's penalty reminded me of Billy's against Blackpool, woefully weak and inaccurate, a gift for the keeper.

Exactly, you can be crap but not necessarily inexperienced.

But just because their defence might be young it doesn't need to be totally inexperienced (the 17 yrs old I'll grant you). Our midfield might well be, Schneiderlin 22,Cork 23,Lallana 23 and De Ridder 25. They've still got nigh on 800 first team games on the counter between them though.

Towards the end of June as a rule, might be different this season I suppose.
