In fact I think Chappers got sent off in the only league match that he has started in CM, his recrudescence started when he was given an attacking midfield role in place of either Guly or Lallana.Perhaps it's from our attacking midfielders that we should be looking for a bit more energy. edit: in fact I don't think he has started a single league game in CM, cos at Barnsley Hammond and Cork were CM.
