  1. He's hoping that's all, I'm always hoping either to find a brown paper bag with a couple of millions euros or get gang banged when I'm running past the local convent but then again it's not extremely likely.
  2. Looks like today's ref likes to dish out a few cards,we'll have to watch out for that then, don't know how Swindon are fixed on discipline but with Prutton it can't be all that good.
  3. So then Genesis is autobiographical ??
  4. Charlton have totally blown it and we have to be thankful for that.I still think that the outcome of our season will revolve around the 2 matches against them and the Bournemouth game though.
  5. I thought the draw at Hartlepool was an acceptable result, still miffed about throwing away a 2 goal lead twice at Peterborough though.
  6. Perhaps Martin was asking why he never got a game or why he wasn't even on the subs bench. One of this season's great mysteries.
  7. Although 1976 Child did get banned for trolling, where's he gone again,1976 that is?
  8. Why would he want to do that? it would be pointless wouldn't it.He's paid his fiver, we only have to ignore his threads if we don't like them.
  9. But surely as we have more points per game than Bournemouth and more money than Pompey that makes us better right ?? I'll get the hang of this stats to prove my point one day, think I'll run for Parliament when I do.
  10. But the latest burst of patronising waffle from NA says that we need to wait and see. It depends who you want to believe, the Echo(not a paragon of fact) or NA who'd have us believe that Bart has a sudden swelling of his knee for no apparent cause apart from the fact that's it's there. We have Shea for a few weeks which could no doubt be extended.
  11. Glasgow does it just to wind people up, he's always been reactionary in a spoof sort of way. Alpine...well that's different.
  12. I don't but the previous poster had him dropped for N'Guessan in his hypothetical side. I still think AOC is playing too often though and may have lost a bit of his sharpness.
  13. I stopped watching after about 3 or 4 minutes, it's all so predictable now. I used to like his pre-match interviews as well. I can't remember exactly what he said after the game on Tuesday but I can't help thinking that this piece is at variance with his reaction then.
  14. what dude from Reading ? Oh I see you mean Bignall,a bit ephemeral to count really.
  15. but we've already signed Forte anyway.Seems to be out already with some sort of minor groin injury.
  16. So no mention of surgery whatsoever or anything else that the Echo printed.
  17. Because those snide and sneaky opposing teams might think of looking there and glane information which could result in our demise. As if injuries aren't common knowledge to everybody except the fans.
  18. What do you mean? he's brought "steel to the defence" doesn't mention that it's only every 2 games out of 5 but hey...
  19. Seaborne wasn't even on the bench on Tuesday whatever that may signify, I also get the impression that injury apart AOC will not be dropped for any reason whatsoever. We made him stay and he now has to play. Anyway it would seem that Seaborne,Forte and Dickson all have some sort of minor injury and may be reserved for Tuesday.
  20. How could we sell Chamberlain last month?? NC had said that it wasn't going to happen so it didn't happen.I sometimes get the impression that if he has said something then it's what will be,no matter how sensible (or not) acting to the contrary might seem. Anyway it really depends on how AC performs for us for the rest of the season, I sincerely regret not signing a front line striker but surely we could have done that anyway if it had been so desired,we have money right ? :smug:so what AOC would have to do with that equation I can't quite see.
  21. Are we not still in the loan window?
  22. Although he doesn't seemed to have made much difference in the 3 games that he's been there so far. He's just a kid who spends his time on loan somewhere or other.Premier league clubs have for the most part massive reserve squads. I noticed the other day that Arsenal have a 30 man reserve squad in addition to those players who figure in the first side.
  23. same could be said of the totality of our development squad really.A waste of time and money nowadays. We have a full time coach for them but hardly any players left in the "DS" these days. Not many matches either.
  24. Must be better than Forecast who I note we haven't recalled as yet.
  25. Brighton are already as good as up anyway.Doubt if they give a toss whether Saints and Bournemouth go up with them or not.
