well, of the club failed last year then they are doing better this year..? im sure the poppy appeal will be fine no matter what a league 1 club does or does not...

i hate everything pompey...have spent time there with work on many times and I hate them I am working in fareham at the mo and hate the dirty skate gits that live there...I know of loads of pompey fans and NOT ONE wanted us to get through the summer.. ffs, they are a no mark small club who after their greatest season in a lifetime and in their hour of need have gob****e fans deserting the sinking ship...IN THE PREM...ffs hate the club, the city and everything that goes with it... in the Navy, everything has a nick name...portsmouth does. it is widely known as........."dog sh1t city"..

get a poppy ffs...the best as a member of the armed forces...I have on more than one occasion have helped out with the poppy appeal...the best way to remember them (seeing as it means a great deal to you) is buy a normal poppy AND wear it to the game... what the club is doing is a great idea...and should be applauded..

keep what in the spot light..? I would rather you just gave £30 to the poppy appeal than buy a saints shirt

Why are some pushing for a poppy shirt. If it is that important, buy a poppy for £30... Don't make yourself feel better buy having a shirt with it printed on. At the end of the day the point is about raising money for the appeal NOT your own gratification. I like this idea the club is doing. Both ex and current members of the forces benefit
