there is some sort of ruling in league 2 that clubs can only spend a certain amount of their income on players wages (or something like that) hence why he has been given a 5 year contract which will make his overall earnings very high for the 2-3 years he will actually play... also, the money they are getting from Munto Finance is a "gift" which is a loop hole in the ruling..so they can spend what they like really with the "gift"... bit daft really.. fair play to county....they really have not havd much to shout about in the last god knows how many years
